Cheap, covers what needed but changed options
While this is cheap insurance that covers all our needs you no longer have option for physical card.

My wife was competing in the Tokyo Marathon when she collapsed. Sportscover Direct were quick to assist with out of country medical advice and to cover the medical costs involved.

Common sense approach to insurance.
Every time I look for snowboarding or mountain biking insurance abroad it's an absolute nightmare when it comes to asking possibly totally irrelevant medical questions. This was the best experience I've had with a common sense approach to offering insurance.
