Very helpful help
System very easy to navigate and to get in contact with a real person was maybe the easiest I've experienced for quite a while. Support staff were very helpful and pointed me in the direction to solve my issue immediately

Good set up. Poor customer support
They set up everything no problem, but we have been wanting to cancel our wifi subscription for at least a month and have heard nothing but "I have raised this with my team and will get back to you", even after several emails and a phone call that resulted in being told to ring someone else who immediately hung up...
Setting up is fine but don't expect any customer support

Gemma provided me, by far the best customer service experience i've received. She listened carefully to my issue, gave options as to what i can do, and helped along with the process. she was very calm, empathetic, and helpful and resolved my issue while ensuring to answer all my questions.

Friendly and efficient!
Gemma was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to resolve the problem we were experiencing. She was very quick to offer me a solution, and she was also sympathetic to the issue we were having with our shower!

Had some problems with setting up gas…
Had some problems with setting up gas within our home. Customer service was much better than I expected. Anisa was a big help in getting our gas up and running and made sure that we was all settled with constant updates.

Gas Supply
Me and my housemate had some problems with our gas supply off and our meter being outdated, but Louisa from Split the Bills was an absolute star and helped us get an engineer out and our gas back on in the same day
