Abzocker. Schlechteste Casino von allen, die ich mal ausprobiert habe.

What a scam. I tried withdrawing 4000 today and ofcourse they make it so easy to give them your money. But the minute you win something they give you nothing but the run around. Give me this document and document. Oh all 4 corners aren't visible. Screen aren't acceptable. What a joke. They give you such a hard time about documentation, and prolonged the process until I'd given most of the money back. I'll never gamble here again.

Ja ich habe auch eine Email bekommen, wo gesagt wurde, dass ich gegen die Bonusregeln verstoßen habe, woraufhin meine 380€ Gewinn einbehalten wurden, dann habe ich meine Einzahlung wiederbekommen und zack habe ich die vorherigen 380€ in 717€ gemacht und auszahlen lassen, da ich mich an die Bonusregeln gehalten habe hat meine Auszahlung keine Stunde gedauert, dann waren die 717€ schon auf meinem Konto.
Ich kann Spinaway weiterempfehlen für Leute die noch nicht so viel Ahnung in der Branche haben.

Ich bin kein Spieler und habe mit all dem nichts zu tun. Seit Monaten werde ich durch diese kriminellen Verbrecher heftig belästigt. SpinAway doesn’t understand their own games error codes. For the past 6 months after winning $1000.00 CAD on Sun Win and cashed out. Their game stop letting me play and now displays a Resolve: Error with the code: F4bee_180729decc6 after messaging them in chat and giving them the code, they asked for a ScreenShot. I emailed them the screen shot and this was their reply.

well clearly in the image you can see there is an issue, I have cleared my browser, whipped and reloaded my computer, tried to play on a different computer therefore the problem is on your end. 100%, maybe you guys do not understand programing. If the games do not work it's false advertising to have games on your website that players can not play. You can tell me a hundred times to jump through your hoops. But I'll just find another website to play on and quit paying to play on your website, while also giving it a bad review and using the screenshots to inform other players about the problems that you can't seem to fix because you are not skilled enough to find the issues even though it gives you a Resolve Code. Is it just magically showing up on mine because on that game I won and cashed out? because Since I cashed out on that game which I have the Screen shots to prove. That game has not worked. This is only going to make other players feel like your website is unsafe and fraudulent. I haven't even been able to win anything else since I cashed out. Again making it seem like your website is not legit and I have all the screenshots from the entire time I have played on your website. This is a day and age where we can screen shot, video record and pass on the information we collect from playing on your website.

The fact you can't even give me a solid answer as to why your games are not working and created issues like the one seem in the screen shot, also makes you look unprofessional, outdated, uneducated and careless in helping your customers. The fact it has taken 6 months to get a half-assed reply after giving the Error code countless times and even a screenshot because you didn't trust me telling you what your game is saying so you could research why it's getting the code on screen. Maybe the game should be removed from the website and the creator of the slot machine Sun Wind contacted and questioned about why the game is giving that error code. Someone programed that machine, that code didn't just magically write it's self. But you do whatever you're going to do, I am done playing cat and mouse with a Casino Website that doesn't even understand their own machines. I will look for alternative places to play and spend my money because you do not deserve my support when you can not find the solution to fixing your machine. Have a good day.

bad website win 7000$ and not procces withdraws

Betrugswebsite zahlt bitte nicht ein. Sie wollen mein Geld nicht auszahlen weil ich angeblich gegen die "Bonusregeln" verstoßen habe. Die 280€ wurden von denen eingezogen.

War Neukunde und wollte den Ersteinzahlungsboni haben, bin dem link gefolgt und habe eine Einzahlung getätigt. Bonus wurde nicht Gutgeschrieben daraufhin habe ich den chat genutzt um einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter zu sprechen, dieser sagte mir der Vorstand gewährt keinen Bonus. Spielt woanders dieses Casino ist nicht vertrauenswürdig.
