I requested a withdrawel where they requested documents which i have sent to them on numerous occasions cause then this is needed then that and so on, I am South African and I still use my Green barcoded ID book, I sent them a copy of this ID a clear picture showing all 4 corners and all the wording was clear and readable, just again to be told my ID is not valid cause I need to supply a plastic ID card showing my full names date of birth and expiry date with my picture on. So now they are telling me in order to receive my winnings I have to go and spend more money to get a new ID Card cause my Green ID book is not a valid ID. They will say anything not to pay out your winnings.

Stay far away from them, you will only be dissapointed.
