I ordered a personalised baby vest for my daughters 1st birthday. It came really quickly, looked exactly as the pictures and washed well. It fit perfectly and was the best edition to her birthday outfit.

I liked the quality of the items I bought but it was a shame the tops weren't mine and hubby's size so had to return. There was an issue with my refund going through but this was quickly resolved when I contacted admin. They are quite good with picking up their emails as well and I was refunded for my entire order for the inconvenience of the refund glitch - now that's a company that takes customer service seriously. Will definitely recommend and order stuff in future.

Aimee was great, I bought a personalised pencil case off her which was excellent quality. She was also very accommodating, I realised I’d asked for it to be sent to the wrong address and she quickly sorted this out. Unfortunately, it never turned up (these things happen). Aimee was very understanding of this and offered me a refund or to send another one out. The pencil case came within a couple of days after this, great service 😊

I have bought personalised birthday T-shirt’s for my daughter from Sparkletots 3 years in a row. Two T-shirt’s were ones shown on the website and this years was a custom made one. Each year I have been so happy with the tshirt and my daughter loves them too.

the top arrived on time and lovely packaged however after one wash at 30 degrees the picture and writing just faded . my little boy had two parties and wasnt able to wear the top for the second party as the top looked like been washed 100s of times .

I ordered a Peppa Pig number 2 t-shirt for my little girls birthday and am really pleased with the quality and design. Aimee was really helpful and I definitely recommend. Fast delivery.
