I ordered a Fender acoustic guitar at the best price seen on a Monday and the carrier tried to delivery the next day. I was not at home so a card was left stating they would deliver the next day, so I made arrangements and it arrived as promised. Tracking was available so I could have availed myself of that facility had I thought it was to be despatched so quickly. The guitar was well packed so arrived in perfect condition.

All emails were answered quickly and effectively, the website is informative and well made. Shipping was quick, and the packages was excellent. I would definitely order with them again!

The offer stated a Marshall SL 5 plus free echo pedal. The amplifier arrived fine but the echo pedal didn't. Initially i didn't get a response to enquiries but then i received and e-mail apology and the pedal arrived. Can't say fairer than that! Many thanks guys

I bought an amp from Sounds Live on 5.11.14 it should have been delivered by UK Mail on the 7.11.14 this didn't happen, rescheduled for 10.11.14 this didn't happen either. this courier seems to be totally inept, I live in hope that it will arrive on 11.11.14
The amp arrived on the 11th, a very nice chap called Sean sorted it out with the courier, Soundslive sell some good stuff quite a bit cheaper than anyone else, I found the courier service a bit frustrating.

Sounds live were the cheapest for the product and were open and honest on the phone about why. They were able to take my order there and then, let me know when it would be delivered and kept me informed of the progress of the order. I received a text telling me the hour it would be delivered and it came exactly half way through that hour. A good efficient service.

I've used Sounds Live for years and get all of my major purchases here. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Right now I am having a bad time chasing up on a speaker I purchased and it seems it has been lost somewhere along the way. UK Mail delivered it I am told. But only got a cable. I have been waiting since Thursday. I must say the other speaker came pronto and I was quite impressed. Prompt customer service but my problem has not been resolved yet. Its true they are cheaper than anywhere else but then I am still waiting for my other speaker. Fingers crossed it will be resolved.

**i realised that I had not updated this. My problem was resolved a week after my review. I was offered a full refund or a new speaker. I gambled and went for a new speaker. It came three days later. They did not ask for their cable back!! And the speakers are just awesome. With two tops and a sub woofer I have done gigs for around 150 plus people with ease. No ear fatigue and no dj hangover headaches.

Ordered the voicelive 3 delivered quickly, well packaged and I am one happy vocalist. The price was the best on the net, £100 cheaper than anywhere else! Plus free studio monitors ... Outstanding.

Sadly the product proved to be shall we say of doubhtfull specification however the company refunded my money when I returned the product at no cost to me and I cannot fault there customer service BUT please stop selling products that are of doubhtfull parentage, in this case Ekho!!

I was after this item and researched the internet this company was the cheapest after e mailing them and asking about stock they replied promptly and I ordered. They informed me that the item had been despatched and was received as promised on time.
The whole experience with them was 5 stars across the board highly recommended

When to collect the new Roland which was ment to be at the shop,so I then had to find the wear house which took a lot of finding ended up late for work. Every thing else was fine
