Ordered my guitar off the internet..but I phoned the shop in between and spoke to staff who were pleasant and could not help enough. I was told the guitar would be delivered the following day....the next day my guitar was delivered as promised....The guitar an electro accoustic fender...great guitar absolutely made up and it was cheaper than many of the other sites I had visited....Thanks to sounds live shop...I will definitely be using your store again ..

very pleased with product. came with free guitar cable and speaker cable only problem was they sent wrong type of cable, amp needed speakon cable but i was sent a jack cable.

In a competitive market these guys were considerably cheaper than everyone. I entered the wrong details for delivery. They spotted the error and contacted me straight which had no impact on their very quick delivery. Will definately but from them again.

We buy all our musical equipment from Sounds Live and have done so for several years. The most important thing to me is that someone is always on hand to give good advice and these guys are musicians themselves so they know what they are talking about! Delivery time is usually next day with up to date courier text messages giving you a delivery time within a period of one hour so you know when to expect the package and don't have to wait around all day. We will always buy from Sounds Live and highly recommend them to all musicians whether experienced or just starting out in the business.

Music stand arrived a couple of days after ordering in time for weekend use. Price slightly lower than the same product ordered last year from a different supplier. Very satisfied.

I knew which Bass I wanted, checked out google, Soundslive had the best offer. I rang to check all was correct, really helpful guy confirmed all I needed to know. I placed the order at 1pm, my new Yamaha bass turned up at 12.15 the next day, perfectly packaged, exactly as ordered.

Product was £200 cheaper than everywhere else online. Originally made a mistake with my card address and received an email explaining that the payment had not gone through. Called the SoundsLive team and they made it very easy to resend the payment. Product arrived next day. Very impressive service all round.

I ordered a Line6 Amplifi which I had seen in the shop. The order was placed but there was a problem with the payment. I received an email about it. After a quick telephone conversation everything was sorted and the item was delivered the next day.
The service was brilliant and the cost was very good.

The item I bought was the best price anywhere on the web. However the web page ststed that it was out of stock. I rang to ask when when new stock would be delivered and was given a realistic period of time to expect delivery. In fact the item was deilvered well within the window I had been given.
So many times I have been sold a line about items on backorder that I am very wary of placing an order until the stock is avaialble. However, the assisant I spoke to checked the restocking date and also advised me that I would not be charged until the item was in stock and ready for delivery. Now that's great service!
