The only reason we're giving 4 stars is that we're waiting to see how long the bulb lasts. however, we are very impressed by the price and the service - so far, so good!

freindly and very quick service with execellent back up service i have bought lot of lamps 2 of them become faulty and sound vision staightway replaced them free of charge i would recommend this excellent company

Everything with my order was fine until I came to get a refund. the bulb I was sent fitted and worked fine but the colour wheel also needed replacing so I decided to sell the tv and simply buy a new one. so I returned my bulb in the same packaging the next day. now my refund was £15 or slightly more than wot I originally paid. plus the £2 it cost to send it back.

so im £17 worse off with nothing to show for it.

Living in Australia I was not sure whether to order the replacement globe for my LG TV set from the Sound & Vision folks in UK in place of a local Australian supplier, as I saw some good savings. I contacted them regarding the item's suitability, warranty, postage and ability to install. They simply re-assured me to proceed with the purchase and stop worrying about .

I placed the order and within five days the globe arrived in Australia, which included clear instructions for installation. It simply worked, and I did not need to call the local TV repair guys, saving me a big packet.

Fast & efficient service, cheapest I could find on the internet, and delivered next day, great service would highly recommend

Prompt delivery, item came packaged brilliantly, gloves included, full fitting instructions, would fully recommend, I found the bulb easy to fit too.

Panoravision LED-86 - good spec, good price and quick delivery. But...

1. The seals on the base were broken, the back socket panel was loose and something rattled inside. I'm an electronics / mechanical engineer, so I opened it up to sort out any obvious problems. 6 of 8 lid screws and 2 of 4 socket panel screws had broken pillars - clearly a design fault. I've repaired these (aluminium sleeves and ABS glue) and all is well now. But I'm somewhat disappointed!

2. The remote control is a joke!

3. It doesn't handle a USB stick of JPEGs very well. 'Play', 'Pause', 'Fwd' and 'Bwd' are pretty well useless!

However it gives a good picture and, although disappointed, I'll hang on to it. Please let me know if the installed software gets an update.

This supplier is faultless in my eyes, fast delivery of quality products at the best price available online.
