This is a scam. The listings are fabricated. All they do is collect and sell your contact info. So if you give it to them, expect to be bombarded, forever, by companies trying to sell you stuff that your not interested. Forget about renting the office space you found on instantoffices.com, It doesn't exist.

I was dealing with Mikala and had an appointment booked to view the Redditch Business centre. When I arrived I was told that the appointment didn't exist and that Mikala was on annual leave. Travelled all that way to be told this when a quick call to me would have been helpfull and I wouldn't have wasted my time. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I dealt with Ruairi Odonnchadha from Instant Offices and was immediately able to tell that he had a professional sales background. He wanted to know what my requirements were and then was careful to ensure I fully understood the offering I was receiving. He was articulate and his written communication was flawless. His follow up commendable.

​I do not recommend Instant Office. I reached out to them regarding a virtual office for my resale business. Despite multiple requests for a phone call to discuss my specific business needs, the representative, Tess, refused to call me.

​Instead of providing professional service, Tess made lazy, unfounded assumptions that I was running a salon based solely on my business name. I am a high-end hair product reseller; I would never entrust my expensive inventory to a company that operates with this level of disregard for their clients.

​Because of Tess’s lack of initiative and poor communication, I have already secured a 12-month contract with a competitor who actually took the time to listen and understand my requirements.

If you value your time and want a professional partner, look elsewhere.
