The Instant Offices advisor, Javier, was great to help us find our offices in Berlin. He made a fast-track market analysis, accompanied us on our preferred site walks and supported us on all our queries and needs on the signing of our contract.
His excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented approach, allow us to trust him on the decision making and we are more than keen to recommend him as an advisor consultant.

I signed up for InstantOffice.com to find a private office in Southampton. I spoke with customer service via the chat feature, and they informed me there wasn’t an office that met my requirements. Fair enough—no issue there.

But then the nightmare started. Since that day (5 days ago), my phone hasn’t stopped ringing. From 8 a.m. every day, I get calls from office providers all over the UK—at least 7–8 calls a day! I’m working and simply don’t have time to deal with this constant barrage of calls. Even if I wasn’t working, why should I have to waste my time answering endless calls I never agreed to?

I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times asking them to delete my account and remove my contact details. They gave me an email address—no response after three emails. They sent me a form—I filled it out, still no response. They even gave me a phone number to call, but no one answers. Meanwhile, the calls from office providers keep coming.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this site unless you want to lose your peace of mind.

Brian made the entire process of finding an office space for our team super easy. Our team of 15 was looking for a new space and the landscape of available coworking spaces in Austin was overwhelming. If I had taken on this project on my own, it probably would have taken a couple of months and we may not have ended up in the perfect space. The team were incredible, they went above and beyond to find us the perfect office. 2 months in I can also confirm that they did just that!

Organized in time. Small kitchen next to the office is quite useful. The office meeting room inside the office. The support facilities are very good. the environment and the proximity to the city center.

Thibault is so professional and so helpful and serve my need. He gave me a 6 stars services. I highly recommend anyone who want to find an office through him.

Joshua Whateley was the most helpful person - he was so thorough and thoughtful. He had great enthusiasm and energy and knew each building inside and out. He had a great rapport with the building managers and was an absolute pleasure to spend a long and tiring day with.

Instant Offices, specifically Hailey Barnett, was fantastic as it pertains to assisting us with relocating and finding a new office space that fit our needs. They provided a well thought out proposal after meeting with me telephonically and set up the tours. It was easy and took a lot of stress out of the situation. They were extremely responsive to our calls and emails, usually less thann 24 hours with a response. Hailey, was understanding of our needs and even advocated for us when it was time to nail down the terms of the lease. We are very pleased.

We had a great service office tour with Marco Gross. Everything worked smoothly!
