I would give this company zero stars if that was possible - even a single star feels generous. I DID read the reviews on this site PRIOR to ordering, but still felt that with supply issues starting to resolve I would give them a chance. I received my order without any issue. When the mouth strips didn't work for me, I notified them and asked how the 30-day money back guarantee works. They responded that they would cancel my subscription and refund me my purchase price. They did in fact cancel the subscription; however, they NEVER issued a refund. I have followed up with them now for months with absolutely NO response. In contacting Visa, I learned that they are unable to refund the purchase due to the limited time window they have from when the merchant states they are refunding the money. Seems to me that it is obviously a loophole that they have found to keep your money and you as the consumer have no way to get your money back. Obviously, they have some shady business practices. I would NOT do business with them. On a side note, instead of their overly expensive mouth strips, I've read many people use surgical/medical tape to accomplish the same effect.

If could rate this company a (-); I would! I've given this company many chances to be legitimate. Yes they take your money and do not send product. Their excuse is "supply chain" issues. Then why do they continue to take orders, etc? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Pretty telling when they don't even have a contact phone # on their website. You can email them; but those get ignored! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Here is their phone # I found after hours of digging. (800) 417-0348. Maybe if enough people call them; they will either shut down their shoddy operation or improve their company.

Like so many others are saying, NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. They take your money and don’t ship your order. Dr. Mark Hyman recommend they’re products on his podcast so I thought they were legit. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They don’t even respond to emails. Never never ever buy from them!!!!! So disappointing.

I have sleep apnea and been using Somnifix for about two years. I have altered the use because I have a problem with dry mouth in the morning and the air slot left in the strip let enough air through to dry my mouth. I did try another product which did not have a slot however, the glue was too strong and it felt like my skin would pull off. I have corrected the problem by overlapping 2 of the strips to cover the slot. This combo works great for me. I wish the company made a product without the slot but, in the meantime I will use my fix.
I suggest watching the YouTube Video "Somnifix Sleep Strips: Unboxing & Review" before purchase.
As for purchase, I have never had a problem purchasing or receiving the product. I would suggest looking at the reviews on Amazon to get a true picture.
One final note. there are times when I have also used Breath Rite nasal strips or a generic brand when my nose is stuffy. Use of the strip increases air movement by 30 percent I am told. I have seen professional football players wear them likely for that reason.

Placed order for 3months supply on 12th FEB 22 and received 12th MARCH 22. Ordered after reading/ listening to podcasts about benefits of nose breathing. Haven’t tried them as of yet.

I wish I had read review. Saw that they were sold on sleep apnoea site's but "out of stock" so purchased direct from company free shipping. Paid but never received despite many emails sent. Surely there must be some comeback to stop this company fraud/scam

Placed an order, money was deducted and I was constantly spammed with adverts despite the fact I did not in fact click "confirm my subscription" to advertising sent by SomniFix. Customer service was abysmal and constantly ignored emails requesting an update on my order. I sent four emails requesting an update to no avail. I then got in touch with the sole actual email address listed on the website providing one final opportunity to contact me about my order and provide me with a refund or I would bring the issue to the BBB. I, to no surprise, received nothing.

This company is a scam, i regret not reading the reviews before ordering, like everyone mentioned here they take your order and never ship it. Its frustrating that they never reply to your emails. Please avoid these guys dont buy from them.

I’ve had a subscription with Somnifix for a few years as I was happy with the product and it was difficult to find in the UK. It seems they haven’t had any stock left for months but are still accepting orders and taking people’s money. My card was charged 6 weeks ago but my order never shipped. They don’t respond to emails or direct messages on social media. Looking at reviews on here and comments on their Instagram posts, there seems to be loads of people in the same situation. I’m having to get the money back through my credit card provider.

UPDATE: my order eventually turned up 3 months late

They didn't ship the order. They are not responding to any emails. I'm making a chargeback through the bank. Avoid at all cost, they are a scam company.

They charge you and never ship the item. The only communication I've gotten is that my order is confirmed. Tried contacting them multiple ways and they do not respond. Initiated a dispute with PayPal hoping I can get my money back. This place is a scam. Buyer beware!

They take your money. Then send an email your order is confirmed and then nothing ever arrives. This company is a first class scam and should be shut down immediately.

I can’t believe we placed 3 orders and none of them fulfilled and like the others they don’t reply to emails.
I will try their Facebook page but I think it time to start a class action against this dishonest company.

SomniFix have charged me twice without sending my order. They are crooks.
They don’t answer emails either.

My money was taken for an order and then nothing happened. I emailed them three times with no reply, using different contact methods on their website. Their website has no telephone number and no obvious address.

Finally, after reading reviews here, I left a message on their facebook page and used facebook messenger. They said they could not fulfil my order.

I did get a full refund within 2 days, hence the 2 stars rather than 1. But if I had never contacted them, I do not feel confident any refund would have come - they seemed to have completely forgotten about my order, despite having taken the money.

As a result I would not order from them again, which is a pity, because the product itself is very good.

Crooks. Good at social media marketing. Will steal your money, won't send products, won't ever respond to emails. No phone number. Should be shut down and prosecuted.

I wish I’d read these reviews before I attempted to purchase these. My SomniFix account admits my order has been unfulfilled after about 7 weeks and weeks of emails requesting a refund have resulted in 0 replies and zero action from the company on even trying to fill the order. Trying to get action through PayPal now.

Paid and got nothing. Shipping of product never confirmed, it’s been about 6 weeks now. They do not respond to emails at all. They sporadically respond to Facebook complaints but there is still no refund or product. Either the company is in freefall or it’s a flat out scam.

They debit your credit card but don't send product or reply to emails. Shame because it is a good product.

They will take your money, continue to send you promotional emails, but they will never send you the product or reply to your emails. I placed my order 3 months ago. I've sent about 20 emails since. I still haven't received any reply. Shameful business practice. I've submitted a CC dispute, and I'll be reporting them to the ACCC.
