Clari saved the day. I had moved and forgot to change my address. So when I saw the order go through, I quickly emailed and she was able to reroute my order so I don’t have to worry about it being late or
not coming at all.

Apparently, this company thinks silence is golden, especially when it comes to auto-renewals.

No reminder, no warning, just a surprise charge and shipment. When I reached out to request a return, I received a canned, condescending “per our policy” response, as if citing fine print is a substitute for actual customer care.

Spoiler alert: it’s not.

Most decent companies send a heads-up before renewing subscriptions. But here? They’d rather quietly take your money and then hide behind a rigid policy when you call it out. It’s not just bad service; it’s a business model built on the assumption that you’re not paying attention.

Enjoy the $53 you made off me this month. It’s the last dime you’ll ever get from me.

Your product is awesome. I have been using it for more than 3 years and as a back sleeper, it has eliminated my snoring. Without your product, I would be in big trouble with my wife!

Clari did an excellent job on following through with my request to straighten out a problem. She implemented a very reasonable solution and I appreciate it very much and look forward to being a customer for many, many years to come. Thank you, again, for your caring customer service.

Good products. Great helpful staff. I had difficulty placing an order as my credit card was outdated. I wish email reminders would come through to prevent loss of supplies.

I had a problem with the smell of the product intially mailed to me and the company promptly sent me replacement product that was perfectly fine. I was impressed with their service responsiveness and desire to make my purchase right at no additional cost to me. I would definitely reorder!

I was having an ongoing order problem as well as a problem trying to redeem accumulated points from the Z’s program. Being a longtime customer I was aware of the almost non existence of any customer service in the past I sent an email to teamsomifix requesting help.
How surprised and pleased was I when I received an immediate response from Clari offering help and assistance with my problems. We exchanged a few emails over a couple days and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Well Done Somnix!!

Your customer service is extremely responsive. The staff are courteous and corrected the situation immediately even though the order was through a third party, not direct. The product is fabulous and I have been using it for a few years now with my CPap.

I was running out of strips and the team was very quick about answering my emails and the response was the same day!!

While it initially took awhile to get a response to a question that I had about redeeming rewards, I received very good customer service regarding this once the communication line was established.

I’ve been mouth taping for a few years now, and I’ve tried just about every product and method available, and for me nothing compares to Somnifix. From ease of use to quality of product they are simply the best and I recommend them to everyone who might be interested in mouth taping.

My doctor asked me to discontinue using this product and so I wanted to cancel my subscription. But the Subscriptions page in my Account settings (where one goes to cancel/manage their subscriptions) was blank. It's remained blank for over 3 weeks now. They've now sent me more product as well, which I certainly don't need and would like to return.

I've sent multiple email to info at somnifix.com over the last 3 weeks, requesting my subscription be cancelled. I then filled out the form on their website. I've yet to hear back from them. I'm fairly convinced they don't have a customer service team at all.

While the product does work to some extent, be sure to consult with your medical practitioners before using.

And definitely do NOT sign up for a subscription, unless you're prepared to put a block on your credit card.

If you sign up for a subscription Somnifix makes it impossible to cancel. I have tried to cancel my subscription several ways. I am very dissatisfied with this company. K. Evans

I had a good experience with Somnifix for a couple of years, but recently tried to adjust a subscription shipment. The update button on their site no longer works. They don't have a phone # & don't respond to email now. It's like the company just disappeared. Research shows loads of others in the same boat. Best to avoid trying to do business w/Somnifix!
