Placed a $700 order with snowys and noted the order was urgent and needed it within a couple of weeks. I also phoned them after placing the order to ensure they got the order out quickly. The order was sent with Toll. Delivery was late by a day so I phoned Toll on Thursday in which they were completely useless but after spending over an hour on the phone with them I was told Snowys failed to put the address on the parcel which is why it failed to meet delivery on the Wednesday and Thursday. If I had not phoned and spent all that time on the phone the parcel would have been left at the depot for several days and fail to meet my delivery time requirement. I sent Snowys an email several days ago complaining but they have not bothered to respond to it.

Thank you for my order which arrived today. It arrived a day earlier than expected and as it contained breakable material It was a relief to see that it had been well packaged. Thank you Kaylea.

Can't go wrong with Snowys. Great products at the lowest prices and free and fast shipping to boot!!! Always a smooth transaction. Keep up the good work Snowys!

Worse experience ever... Wouldn't recommend shopping on line!!!!
Bought a product and it was never delivered, nobody knew where my parcel was or was going to.
Called customer service heaps of time, I've lost days at home waiting for it and even contacted the delivery company myself and them couldn't explain either.
Very frustrating and disappointed!!!

Snowys Outdoors sent the wrong item (their blatant error, not mine) and delayed sending a replacement until it was confirmed that the return item, was on their delivery truck which only turned up several days later. This despite my sending a picture of the return item wrapped on my doorstep awaiting pickup and making it very clear why timing of this birthday gift was very important to me. In the event the replacement item turned up after the birthday. Snowys clearly does not trust or value its customers. Very disappointed.

Ben, on the basis of your response, I have downgraded your star rating from 2 to 1.
Yes, I agree you should have sent the item I ordered, immediately when I advised you.
But now you have confirmed in your reply that your policy and practice is/was to hold me (your customer) to ransom over returning the item you sent wrongly, before you would send me the item I paid for. That is unreasonable, unfair and distrustful of me.
And let us be clear that this did not just “pan-out” badly, your team actually drove it this way despite several phone calls from me in the process!
I think others should be aware of your unfair and discourteous policy.

I've ordered many things from Snowys, and except for one occasion where the courier left a $2000 tent on my front door step there hasn't been a problem. They offer BPay as an alternative payment method which is great. Prices range from average to good to great and service is really good too.Their Sea to Summit stuff is always the best priced as is the Oztent range and the pop up tents. Website is good to navigate and filter .
