La peor experiencia

Horrible experiencia. No recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Recién llegaba a Barcelona y se aprovecharon realizando un contrato por más de 6 meses, el que no podría dar de baja porque no me devolverían mi depósito. Tardaron 4 meses en devolverme mi depósito y me devolvieron menos dinero del que me correspondía. No cumplían con la limpieza semanal, no contestan los mensajes, solo les importa el dinero. Incluso entraron en mi habitación sin mi permiso.

They make you sign a contract in which…

They make you sign a contract in which you accept to get the deposit back within 60 days after you leave the flat (I don’t know wether it’s legal or not). Just a small problem: after all these days they don’t give the money back. Still waiting for my deposit after 5 months.
Stay away from them.

Very unprofessional and might steal your money

They owe me 1,160 euros, they're not answering e-mails. I have other friends in the same situation. I know things are complicated during this pandemic (I don't see why they can't reply an e-mail and stealing money is unacceptable tho) but the lack of professionalism was still present even when things were normal. Anybody could enter to the flat or even to your room without any type of previous notification. There were really nice workers and employees but there was this one lady who apparently was a supervisor or something like that, she was unnecessarily rude. Don't trust Spotahome videos or pictures, my room was in Calle Ancora, Madrid, and the common areas were really disappointing when compared to the media posted in the app. The kitchen was too small, there was only one medium sized fridge for 7 people, we had to dry out clothes in the middle of the hallway, which left us with almost no space to walk. That's my bad I guess for not realizing there wasn't enough space for all of us to do stuff at the same time, so I warn whoever reads this and is considering renting with them.. if they're still alive after Covid and all the claims and lawyers that are going to be after them for their incompetence.

THEY DON'T REFUND THE DEPOSITS

THEY DON'T REFUND THE DEPOSITS! Thieves! Are stealing money from people! Not to mention the conditions in the flats are horrible, not what you see in the video. It stinks, there are bugs and the cleaning they are supposed to provide is a mop, every now and then when the cleaning lady remembers to come, for like 10 min.I cleaned the flat myself, spent my money, to make it kinda liveable. They also send people in the flat, from maintenance, with other people, and they go through your room without ANY notice. They left our flat with no heating and no hot water in the wintertime. They didn't refund the deposit! It has been more than 4 months waiting for the deposit.Still waiting....They don't answer phones or emails, and if they do, the information is vague and nothing happens afterwards.
The worst company I EVER had to deal with!!! If you see their name, RUN!!! Don't EVER rent from them. Also Spotahome will not be able to help you, as they are just a platform to promote these unreliable properties.
So PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!!

It's been almost 1 year (ONE YEAR!)…

It's been almost 1 year (ONE YEAR!) since I moved out and I got NO DEPOSIT REFUND. They are a dishonest agency. They say (when they answer my emails) that my refund is on its way but until now I haven't got my money back.
Please AVOID this company no matter what.
