NON PRENOTATE CON SMART LIVING.
Mi hanno dato una "casa" al centro di Madrid a dir poco inabitabile e al limite della decenza, con spazzatura nel corridoio, armadio rotto e sporco nei bagni e nella cucina.
Pagando 530 al mese, e volendo 560 di contratto e 560 di deposito.
Ancora devono venire a pulire la casa, io vivo in mezzo ai rifiuti e a loro non interessa nulla.
Andate in una agenzia seria se non volete diventare matti.
Peccato non posso mettere 0 stelle.

Mon expérience avec cet agence a était catastrophique. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet agence pour toute les personne. Cela fait plus de trois mois que j’attend qu’on me rende ma caution . J’ai envoyer plus de 20 mails sans aucune réponse et des message sans suite . Cela est inadmissible et je vais donc être obliger de lancé une procédure contre eux . Si vous voyer cet agence je vous conseil de fuite immédiatement .

MI EXPERIENCIA PARECIO INICIARSE BIEN PERO EN EL MOMENTO DE ESTAR TODO PAGADO...La cosa cambio cuando entras en el edificio en obras, subiendo por las escaleras mis cosas personales. En cuanto abres la vivienda te das de morros con la realidad; Vivienda vieja, cocina vieja y baño con bañera. La habitación alquilada nada tiene que ver con la fantástica fotografía que anuncian: Una cama central con un colchón sucio, hundido, lleno de moho por los dos lados e insalubre. Ventana de madera que no cierra bien, paredes con humedades y con perdidas de agua en el radiador que estaba pudriendo el parqué. INDIGNANTE, ABUSIVO, INSALUBRE....
Después de dar aviso de la vergüenza de colchón, entran en mi habitación sin llamarme antes, sin avisar, abriendo la puerta como pedro por su casa!!!! Protección al inquilino, protección de la vida privada??? No solo eso sino que el colchón que llevaron para el intercambio era mas pño!! ALUCINANTE.
Por supuesto sigo esperando me envíen las facturas y la fianza que no me la devuelven.... lo veremos. Unos SINVERGUENZAS!!

Mi experiencia fue un desastre, todo nuy engorroso desde el contrato para empadronarme dice que no se puede luego que al hacer el check in te dan una hoja, tuve que cambiar el horario del check in y cafa día me preguntaban el horario. Un desastre la atención al cliente y aun estoy esperando las facturas de lo que he pagado. Realmente no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

It has been over 5 months since I left their property and they still have not returned my deposit. They said they will return the deposit 6 weeks after checkout date. They do not respond to any of my emails and it is quite obvious they don’t want to give my deposit back as they have done with so many others

Sigo esperando mi fianza, me dejan en visto desde diciembre! Abandone el piso el 31 de diciembre y cada vez que pregunto por mi fianza me dejan en visto… cabe destacar que no tuve ni una falts por lo cual deberian devolverme el total! nadie responde y yo sigo esperando MI dinero!!! no recomiendo esta agencia estafadores

Awful experience, lot of problems show up after you sign a contract, in a kind way they make you sign the contract and afterwards they don’t help, don’t listen and don’t offer any solution. The funny thing is that I know other person who is going through this all desaster.
No RENT with them.
They just what your money and then threating to put a CCJ on my credit file if you don’t agree with them.

Avoid these agency if you can! They will tell you it takes up to 6 weeks before they can return your deposit, then after this period they tell you to raise a ticket and provide a phone number which nobody ever answers.

In the end it took over 2 months to get back the deposit (which they didn't even return fully and never gave any explanation why a part of it was subtracted).

After months I had to send several emails to get my money back, in plus they try to mislead you by saying thay there are problems on their website or system.

Paghi 650 € compresa commissione.

Pochi giorni prima del check in RICHIEDONO altri 1300 €.

Non esiste assistenza.

TRUFFATORI. Ho affittato una camera per un mese a 420 € e pagato in anticipo 655 €.
Tre giorni prima della partenza, mi chiedono altri 1350 €. Altrimenti non daranno la camera a mia figlia.
Ho dovuto prenotare la camera su un altro sito e contattare un avvocato per chiedere indietro i miei soldi, perchè non esiste assistenza. LADRI !!!!

No possibility to get the money of the deposit back

This is a fraudulent agency. It uses websites such as Uniplaces, which theoretically guarantee that the apartments are in good condition, but in practice such companies are unable to help in anything. The apartments/rooms differ significantly from those in the photos. They are dirty, damaged and unkept. I waited over two weeks to replace the bulb. And the most interesting thing is that they gave me the wrong key in the check-in day and I had to sleep on the corridor that night. The reception in Barcelona does not respond to messages or answer voice calls. I was defrauded by them of 640 Euro, which they promised to return to me within 6 weeks from the date of completing the application for the refund of the deposit. Today, 9 weeks have passed since this date and they still have not refunded the deposit. They don't reply to my messages, they don't answer my calls. They pretend that the issue is caused by some "external" problem. This agency ruined my 5-months stay (from the 09.2023 to 01.2024) in Barcelona. Don't make my mistake.

I am so pissed waiting for 8 months on my deposit I am getting promised and promised again, and still not getting it back.

Increíble la atención, buen lugar.

The worst Appartement one couple find. The don’t give care about you. Heating is not working, often cold water, construction work is really loud,… I could go on with a lot more. Conclusion: DONT STAY HERE

Me aloje poco tiempo pero el tiempo que estuve, estuve muy cómodo y agradecido con el equipo de trabajo, buena limpieza, y buena atención.

Estuve alojado 5 meses, no tengo queja ninguna, limpieza del cuarto de 10, la recepción otro 10, asi da gusto hospedarse.

Muy buen servicio y atencion al cliente. Excelente ubicacion en el centro de Barcelona pero mismo asi muy tranquilo.

Mi experiencia con SmartLiving en Barcelona fue fantástica he estado alojada durante 3 meses. Juliana y Agus de recepción, unos maquinas, me ayudaron mucho con cualquier cosa que pude necesitar y el personal de limpieza también muy eficiente. Sin duda alguna recomendadisimo, si me surge otra oportunidad repetiré seguro!!!
