This company is a joke. We don’t have access to our own meter and have to ask the landlord to provide us with it and usually he just sends us numbers instead of a photo (sent a photo of the meter box maybe twice) and is usually quite ignorant and/or late when I ask him to get it. We had had many issues in our flat including a leak in the master room on the roof which has not been resolved, they’ve came in to see it, took and pic then left? (Usually don't give a warning/notice when they’re coming either, just show up at your door) we’ve had a leak in our bathroom since moving in in December and they keep telling us there is no leak when they’re clearly is as the floor is soaking and processed to say “no no no there’s no leak here, it’s bone dry” while standing in the puddle on the floor and the lino on the floor has all came up and is ruined because it’s constantly leaking.
Wouldn’t recommend going with this letting agency to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Good company providing first class service for Landlord. No problem to small and always approachable/ contactable and fair with tenants. Getting Smartmove to manage properties was good move.

Long term tenant- Never really had an issue with these guys. Whenever there is a problem, we give them a ring and its always sorted. Friendly warm staff too.

I deal with many estate agents. These are the worst. Never pay rent on time and ignore you when you query. Stay away from this bunch.

I have rented 2 separate properties from this company in the past and they’re an absolute pleasure to deal with. Down to earth. Fast and efficient. If you have a problem, it’s resolved ASAP. Next time I’m looking for a property, these guys will be my first call. 5 stars.

I used Smart Move to assist with letting my property. They were so helpful, professional and efficient. A lot of work involved for a fee of just £99. Would highly recommend and use again.

Lisa and her team at Smart estate agents really did a fantastic job in ensuring that the sale went through, this despite numerous obstacles.
