I made a hotel reservation for May 10th using this website. Yesterday I tried to check in and they said my reservation had been cancelled. However, I did not cancel the reservation.
The hotel said they did have a reservation for May 11 (the wrong date).

Super user friendly app that helped me get an incredible rate for a very important engagement. Pricing here beat out other major booking engines, including the property’s own website! Easy navigation had my booking completed in just a few swift minutes. I’ve already spread the good word about this app to several friends & colleagues. Can’t recommend it enough! Awesome!!

Price and booking were seemless.
Customer service is horrible. No phone number to talk to anyone. Only open regular business hours. Could only communicate through email. Would have been 5 Stars if you could actually talk to someone via phone 24/7 or at least till something like 10pm

We called the establishment that was supposed to be either the reservation and there was no reservation

I feel the website uses a very low price hotel as a bait. That is terrible product experience and please stop.

Hotel never received my reservation and there was no one to call. We never even stayed but my account was debited.This company is absolutely bs. While they responded to my bad review with there is a number to call, there really is not. Also, the money has not been credited to my account. This was a huge inconvenience. Do not use this company.
