Very swift service and customer service

You all cancelled my reservation for a weird ass reason.

SmarterTravel help me to get a 4 star hotel at 2 star price for my NYC trip. I traveled with my family including my 2 year old. I had a few questions on the hotel. SmarterTravel customer success agents answered all my questions. Thank you SmarterTravel! I will book my next trip with you as well

Honestly, I'd never heard of SmarterTravel until looking at a hotel that was physically in my sight from the airport after my flight was cancelled, and y'all popped up on Google Maps as the least expensive option (every other option was the same rate as the hotel's own website). I booked, and walked to the hotel, and was pleased that it all worked out!

I would give a five star except that the hotel had also not heard of SmarterTravel. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes after booking it, and had to wait fifteen minutes for the concierge to get confirmation of my reservation. If it had been a planned booking, I don't imagine this would have been an issue at all.

Shawn was wonderful. He went far above and was extremely helpful. Would definitely use Smarter Travel again with Shawn as my guide.

My review for this site is 1 star because when we arrived at the hard rock hotel and cassino they told me that my reservation didn’t existed, we had to wait for 2 hours and 50 minutes until they run out to find a room for us,the worse experience ever.

The process was easy and I found great rates. Thank you!

Prices were great! Process was simple and easy to navigate!

Our experience with SmarterTravell was great, however the Hotel experience was not as good. This facility is exceptionally over priced for the accommodations they provide. The $700+ per night rooms was only big enough for the bed with no room to move around, we got a room with a trash dumpster view as they were completely sold out. We will not stay at this facility again and I recommend all to stay at other options in the area.

I had a terrific experience using Smarter Travel for my recent booking. Hotel bookings are usually time-consuming and expensive when I book but this was quick and easy to get done. I was also thrilled with my savings and will definitely book again for my next trip!

Fabulous experience

I called the hotel I booked for to make sure the reservation went through. It did, but it was cancelled (and was on a different date than I reserved for). I did NOT cancel my reservation and I do not see any refunds through my card.

No one to talk to via phone call is a bit frustrating.

Edit: They did get back to me via email and is issuing a refund. I’m not sure if it was the hotel’s issue, or theirs but just be weary. The guy who was emailing was very helpful.

Used SmarterTravel for my last vacation and had great experience. They have good deals and everything went smoothly. I usually buy from Expedia, but decided to try out smartertravel and it was all good. Better prices, nice site that loads quickly, was very easy to find the hotel I liked. Will use them again for my next trip.
