I was assessed by smart clinic for my medical condition following a few times being hospitalised. The report they sent back to my employer is very fair, factual and acurate to my condition, my ongiing condition and what is happening to try to alleviate it and progress to a healthy state. After my Op they have advised the company already whatbi will need going forward until i am 100% better.

My appointment was with Lisa Smith, she was very friendly and very nice, it was a nice conversation and she was very understanding about my condition.
