The support provided by Smart Clinic during a very difficult, life changing medical condition has been a lifeline, thank you Bronwyn for your medical knowledge and your heartfelt understanding of what I am experiencing, truly professional, kind and sincere support.

The whole process from account set up, referral, liaising with our employee, completing his assessment and getting the completed report back to us has been faultless. The member of staff I spoke to on Monday after placing the referral only was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with my query. Thank you for a great experience.

The process of arranging an occupational Health assessment was prompt and you are kept well informed throughout the whole process with contact options including WhatsApp and SMS as well as email. The online portal and document management system was easy to use and well presented. The Occupational Health nurse Caroline was excellent in her professionalism, understanding of my health conditions and thorough reporting that accurately reflected my situation and effective assistive strategies for my occupational health recommendations.

It was a nice experience, even if I was not sure what I feel about going through the process at first and I was anxious, I now have more knowledge also and hopefully will receive more support. The staff was very professional and nice. I would recommend this service and use it again if offered.

She explained every aspect of the process clearly and thoroughly, ensuring that I felt fully listened to, valued, and well-supported. I also greatly appreciate the prompt delivery of the report, which was within 2 hours of the video assessment that took place this morning.

I was assessed by smart clinic for my medical condition following a few times being hospitalised. The report they sent back to my employer is very fair, factual and acurate to my condition, my ongiing condition and what is happening to try to alleviate it and progress to a healthy state. After my Op they have advised the company already whatbi will need going forward until i am 100% better.
