We are very saddened to be moving our entire family from a dental practice we have attended and valued for over 15 years. However, we feel we have been left with no alternative.
We made several attempts to raise concerns regarding a lack of clarity around treatment costs, which were not clearly communicated on the day of treatment. Additionally, we were disappointed when urgent weekend treatment requests were not responded to, despite a family member being in significant discomfort and in need of urgent assistance.
Our final decision was made after we wrote to seek clarification before renewing our dental plan payments. Unfortunately, the response we received failed to acknowledge our concerns and felt dismissive in tone, leaving us feeling as though our experience was being questioned rather than addressed.
