I’ve bounced between a dozen job boards over the years, and this is the first one that actually respects how much effort a job hunt takes. The listings are current, the filters work the way you’d expect, and I wasn’t drowning in duplicate or expired postings.

Setting up my profile took minutes, and the matches it surfaced were genuinely relevant to my experience rather than random noise. Application tracking is built right in, so I always knew where I stood without keeping a separate spreadsheet.

The alerts are well-timed too, not the usual spam. When something fit, I heard about it early enough to actually be one of the first applicants.

Landed two interviews within the first couple of weeks. Highly recommend to anyone tired of shouting into the void on other sites.

Not just another job search!

RN Job Force is so much more than just another CV or job search site. It genuinely feels like having someone in your corner, personally coaching and guiding you towards the right role. The career matching is excellent, they also helped tailor my CV so it really reflected my strengths, and the interview coaching gave me the confidence to present myself at my best.
