Buying a car was less stressful
Buying a car is stressful. However,
I knew what I wanted and where to go. At Sinclair it was an easy process with excellent communication, good in formation provided and a hassle free experience. The handover was great and effective and completed in less than an hour. Overall a great experience.

The whole experience was very positive
The whole experience was very positive. All the showroom staff that I had contact with were pleasant and professional to deal with. There was no issue in arranging test drives and Robert was knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions. A very smooth and enjoyable purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when the next time comes around.

Very fast purchase and finance
We visited the Swansea dealership on the Friday after an accident while on holiday. They sold me a nearly-new car on a PCP and had everything done ready for me to drive it home to Middlesbrough on the Monday. Excellent service. The car had even been valeted. 5* service from beginning to end
We had excellent service from start to finish, from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant, she greeted us with a lovely smile. We were then looked after by Adam, who was very professional, courteous and friendly. He guided us through the process of buying our car without putting any pressure on us and we really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this company especially this branch.
