I can't rate the delivery service highly enough. All of my items arrived the day after I ordered them (I selected the 1-2 days service) and with a text and email telling me precisely the hour my order would arrive.

I haven't given 5 stars because I had a few problems with the payment section of the site but the delivery and products received more than made up for that.

I ordered a Gaiam pilates mat after much research on internet as there seems to be huge variation in prices and settled for this one which had good reviews on the Gaiam web site. Ordered carry bag as well. Both products exceeded my expectation quality- wise and represent very good value. Furthermore the items were despatched the same day as the order and arrived following an email from the carrier giving an hour slot when they would deliver. Fantastic.
