Hard to beat

Ordered one day and all 3 ordered items arrived the following day. Exceptionally fast service. Very happy with the quality of the products.

Quick and easy to use.

I needed to get a running t-shirt quickly for my brothers birthday after being let down by another retailer. Simply sweat dispatched the item promptly and their system was easy to use.

Speedy service, lovely product, good fit.

I was very pleased to find that the product I wanted was on your site. It wasn't in stock when I looked initially so I signed up for a notification, which I found very helpful. The product arrived within two days of my ordering it (late in the afternoon) and I am very happy with it.

Amazing delivery service!

I ordered some trainers one lunchtime, by the follwing morning I had an email & text to give me a delivery time (a 1 hour slot) for that very day - all just with standard delivery. Brilliant!

Not yet received item

Ordered over a week ago and said delivery would be 1-3 days, still waiting for item. Also had to wait for item to be in stock which has taken a few weeks.

We are not sure if the customer has confused us with another Company. Our records show that the goods were ordered on the 23rd February and despatched the following day (so no delay with supply of stocks). In respect of the delivery we can advise that our records show that the order was sent out via Royal Mail 1st class.
We will contact the customer to request they to check with their local Post Office that they are not holding any goods for them that couldn't be delivered at the time and to then report back to us.

"talk about quick delivery; I placed my order on Wed 15th February, it was posted the same day and delivered Thurs 16th!" I shall definitely be ordering from them again .....

Outstanding customer service, great product selection.

The team at the end of the phone really know their products well. They are always willing to help. The product mix is great, and well priced. The delivery service is fast and efficient. If you have any issues with sizes etc they are extremely helpful.

Very speedy!

My order was placed on the Wednesday and it arrived on the Thursday and the goods were just what I wanted.

Brilliant service and perfect capris!

I was delighted that my capris arrived within 24 hours of me ordering them.
I wore them that day to the gym and they were well admired and most of all really comfortable and smart!
I'll be back for more soon.
