Displeased.
Still an on-going issue with my delivery. I am wanting a gift delivered before Christmas and they claim they dispatched my order on 9th December but still not received it. Continually blaming delivery company but I have not had a problem with every other order from other websites. Keep telling me to wait a couple of days then they will sort it, still not sorted it. Wouldn't be buying from here again.

Dear Callum, I can confirm your order was dispatched on the 9th December. Unfortunately Royal Mail has been experiencing delays (as have all couriers) due to the sheer volume of parcels in the network, reduced staff levels due to social distancing and staff sickness. Royal mail has released a statement regarding this, which has been widely reported in the media. The majority of our orders that were dispatched between the 8th and 12th December have had delays but most customers are now receiving their orders. I would expect yours to arrive shortly. Royal mail are working round the clock to clear the back log and delivering post up to 9pm.

On the plus side the ordering and customisation was great, the hoodies look fabulous but not yet worn as christmas gifts. Discount of 15% for next order was with parcel.

Very fast delivery.
I ordered at about 9am on Monday and received the item Tuesday. Incredibly fast service and no delivery surcharge paid. The lunch box is very small despite it being a medium size though.

Quality product: it is hard to find a tennis bag that you can personalise for an adult! Everyone seems to concentrate on children so the products are very childish; this bag is suitable for an adult.
Gift box: a little bit extra to pay but worth it as you get a personalised gift box which is easier than trying to wrap a tennis bag!

Gorgeous varsity jackets!
Wanted a varisty style jacket for my son and saw these on a site that costs the seller money (Not on the HS). Decided to come direct to Simply Colors. Was absolutely amazed at the price and choices of personalisation. Ended up purchasing both my son and daughter one. Nice quality. Good sizing. Print looks good quality. Really happy with my purchase will be using the site again as there's so much more I saw that I loved! Delivery was a little longer than expected but most things have been due to the pandemic so this was not a problem at all
