Item did not arrive within the delivery timeframe so item was rendered useless as it was a gift for someone who has now moved away. Refused a refund despite being late. Wouldn't use this company again.

I purchased a necklace for my sister-in-law and we couldn’t have been happier with what arrived. The quality is great! Looks so special.

The delivery was quicker than I expected which was just another bonus.
Whilst placing my order I spoke with a couple of the ladies working there and what a lovely bunch they are. Each one of them are so helpful, kind and just brilliant to deal with.
It was such a pleasure ordering from a little business with the best customer care!

Got my necklace as a surprise for my wife to remember her nan by. The necklace was produced and delivered within the set out time frame. I was worried that the item said a label had been produced and despatched but royal mail
had no updates for a few days, i emailed and the got back almost immediately and chased on my behalf, the item arrived within a couple days with royal mail tracking updated so i would mark customer service as very good in this instance, thank you for helping me give my wife a lasting memory to wear.

Quick and easy to order the neckless. Good quality product. Being able to get a quick response to a question about delivery and advice on getting the best out of viewing the image. A surprise additional gift was nice. Customer services are very good and quick to get back to you. All in all would purchase from them again

I was originally disappointed with the quality of the bracelet, as I felt the Silver Steel version looked and felt quite cheap. However, Vicky from customer services was really helpful in resolving my concerns. She explained that they also offer a 925 Sterling Silver version, which is better quality, so I would recommend going for that option. My mum loves the sentimental aspect of the bracelet and I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.
