I have waited 2 weeks
I have waited 2 weeks, and my bracelet still hasn't been dispatched. It had shown that a label had been created however that has now changed. The person's birthday has been and gone. Cannot get a refund, despite the product not having been sent yet, and truthfully no proof that it has even been made. I contacted them a few days after purchase to see if it would be here on time, it wouldn't be. They stated that as it had been been made and personalized, a refund wouldn't be possible. That was around 10 days ago, clearly it hadn't been made or else it surely would've been sent out by now?
So upset that this hasn't been the company that I had hoped for.

While your order was unfortunately delivered one working day outside of our stated delivery timeframe, we appreciate that this was enough to miss the birthday. As each piece is handmade and personalised, production starts shortly after an order is placed, which means we’re unable to cancel or refund once this process has begun.

Ordered back in March as a gift for mothers day the while process was fantastic paid extra for sterling silver necklace arrived in the given time my mom loved t until a couple of months down the line the pendant has faded and tarnished i tried messaging the company as I was still in my 100 day guarantee and had no response that's been the only let down with this company

Bit of a disappointment
Had been seeing these on my Insta feed for a while & thought they looked great. Item was ordered as a gift, missed the date needed as wasn’t delivered for over 2 weeks despite the delivery times given on the website being stated as 3-5 days so just be aware of that. This was put down to ‘courier issue’ with customer service contact, although tracking details don’t seem to support this. Item was of ok quality, if a bit cheap looking which was an additional disappointment.

We’d just like to clarify that your order was placed on 18 June and delivered on 2 July, which was within our advertised timeframe of 5–10 working days for personalised items (excluding weekends). We understand that waiting for a custom-made product can still feel longer than expected, and we’re sorry if this caused any frustration.
We also reached out by email to better understand your comments about the product quality, as we’d genuinely like the opportunity to investigate and put things right, but unfortunately we haven’t heard back yet.
