I placed an order in April with an estimated delivery date of 23-35 May. Unfortunately those dates came and went, and I didn't receive my order or an update to let me know how it was going. However, as soon as I was able to speak to Mike, he explained exactly what the issue was (items out of stock with usual suppliers) and exactly how and when he was going to get my order to me. He kept me in touch at each stage and went above and beyond to get all the parts of my order to me in good time. He even threw in an extra item for free as way of an apology.

Obviously it's never ideal when orders take longer than expected, but I have nothing but good things to say about Mike's response to the problem and his ongoing communication.

Fantastic customer service! Kept me updated throughout the process and even answered my questions via email the same day followed up with a phone call. Would definitely use this company again.

This is my second time using Simply Baby and my experience was even more exceptional than the first time, and the first time was great. When the advised delivery date was approaching I contacted Mike for an update, which I received by return.
The Egg 2 bundle arrived on time and Mike proactively followed up with a call to make sure that everything was ok.
Good customer service is so important for a time sensitive purchase.
Excellent customer experience - I shall definitely be back again for my next grandchild’s “travel system”. 🤞

Really not a good experience. I would not recommend you buy from here. Ordered the Icandy peach 7 biscotti in February. My estimated delivery date was 8th june which I fully understood at the time of ordering.

However June came and went with no communication. I emailed twice to chase with no reply, eventually having to call. I was explained there was an issue with Icandy and the container coming in. Meaning my order was delayed but could be given no date for delivery. I was told 100% the end of June. However getting to the 20th still had heard nothing. Having then emailed again to chase I explained I would cancel and order elsewhere. I then received a phone call to say they could not guarantee a delivery date and I would be better off cancelling.

I ended up checking John Lewis who had it in stock and delivered everything the next day.

I do not doubt it is difficult dealing third party but the communication from the start was poor and there should be no excuses when the order was placed in February. Especially when other retailers offer next day. John Lewis were absolutely amazing and hassle free. Well worth paying a little extra.

I am now waiting for a £1100 refund.

I ordered a stroller from this company in hope of receiving it in time for our family holiday. Unfortunately the stroller never arrived in time but the situation was dealt with impeccably, the person dealing with my order helped me source an alternative stroller from another company and the company paid a fraction of the difference in order to provide me with a stroller for my holiday. Such reliable customer service these days is unheard of and this is without a doubt the best service I have ever received when buying a product, I highly recommend this company and will make a conscious effort to use them again for the above reasons.

I had a query about something I was looking to order. Mike replied to me so quickly, even outside of working hours. He was extremely helpful and polite. I am really looking forward to receiving our new pram and accessories. I will definitely use this company again in the future! Great customer service! 5 stars!

I was searching high and low for a particular travel system which was out of stock absolutely everywhere with no real sign of it coming back in stock anytime soon. I came across SimplyBaby.co.uk and they were selling the particular travel system I wanted however as I knew it was like gold dust to get hold of I emailed in the first instance prior to ordering to find out more info. I had a response within the hour with very useful info about the travel system, dates it was expected to be in and that they could get this to me before my baby was due. I placed the order at the beginning of September and the stock was due in on 13/10. I am due 13/11 so there was plenty of time. Unfortunately the stock didn’t arrive with the supplier on 13/10 as planned due to staff shortages for a weekend event however it was only delayed by a couple of days and the stock was then with the supplier on 19/10 and with SimplyBaby on 27/10. I have had some ongoing complications during my pregnancy and am going to be having my baby earlier than initially expected so I was very anxious that I was not going to get this travel system on time BUT I cannot fault SimplyBaby at all, Mike was absolutely fantastic - he kept me up to date daily and gave me alternatives should there be any delays. As soon as the stock arrived with him it was sent straight out via DPD next day delivery meaning I received my whole order on 28/10. Overall my experience has been 10/10 with SimplyBaby and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase any baby related items anytime soon. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and the communication could not be any better. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing customer service! Couldn’t recommend a better company

Customer service outstanding. Very quick to respond to emails. When I got nervous about delivery being delayed, Mike ensured he did everything he could to get it to me as soon as possible and he succeeded.
Only negative is the Bugaboo Donkey 3 twin I chose. Not has compact or practical as I thought, bulky for everyday life. I should of gone for practicality over style like the Mountain Buggy.
This has no reflection on Mike and his team.

Been having an absolute nightmare trying to get the pram I wanted and having been let down by another company, I came across Simply Baby with the pram I wanted in stock. I’m expecting twins very soon and getting incredibly anxious about the pram arriving. I emailed to check on delivery and when it would be expected. I got a response back basically straight away which was a pleasant surprise given it was a Sunday! Mike gave me the option to change the colour of the design which meant i could get it quicker than the one I originally wanted which I happily accepted. I finally have the pram of my dreams and i must say much prefer this design too today and a massive weight has been lifted. Honestly will be shopping on here again when I need anything. Once again thank you so much. Will be recommending to everyone!

With the imminent arrival of baby and the Egg goods stuck in port, with no hauliers, Mike managed to source the stroller etc from another company. We had the goods delivered within days which meant one less worry for my daughter!

Absolutely fantastic service. My wife and I accidently ordered an incorrect stroller/car seat bundle, which included a non matching car seat. Having contacted customer services, Mike got back to me and offered to take back the car seat and invoice me for the remaining difference between the bundle we ordered and the one we wanted. He was professional, very personable, and overall the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We truly couldn't recommend the company more.
