The price was most competitive on the Web, however, delivery took a couple of weeks which was put down to Covid and Brexit. To be fair I had not noticed the long expected delivery time and item was delivered within time frame. I would use them again.

Excellent service, delivered in two days of ordering

Even though delivery date seemed nearer to my due date and I was starting to get anxious in myself I couldn’t fought the communication enough. Every time I emailed with any questions or worries they was all answered which put my mind at ease. As soon as I received dispatched email, travel system was with me within 48 hours, can’t wait to make life complete and put it up now! Thank you simply baby!

Ordered an egg buggy which came way quicker than it would have done if I ordered directly from egg. Customer service was quick and efficient. Would definitely use again.

I cannot fault the service I received from Simply Baby in any way. I came across their website when I was looking for a specific travel system that was only available for pre order very close to my due date in my local pram shops. I emailed to check availability & had an extremely prompt response from Mike. Within 6 days I had received my travel system & it was packaged perfectly. I highly recommend Simply Baby, I really received excellent service. Stress free & extremely professional.

My experience with Simply Baby was fantastic and I'll definitely return as a customer. I ordered a grey axkid move carseat and used their dividebuy instalment plan. Perfect as theres no interest and no credit checks. The grey one was estimated to arrive in september but they emailed me to let me know this and offered a black one as they could get that one to me sooner. I was so appreciative of their communication and giving me that option. After agreeing my daughter's carseat was with me within the next few days. Fantastic business to deal with so thank you xx

Amazing service from Simply Baby. Best price on the market, super quick next day delivery (despite giving 14 day expectation) products arrived in perfect condition AND free upgrade given on the car seat to the Cloud Z plus to match the Bugaboo grey melange. My queries were also answered by customer service (Mike) in speedy time. Can’t recommend enough. Will definitely be using again for any other baby essentials.

Was difficult finding a travel system during lockdown but when we did the service provided by simply baby was amazing. We placed our order but my twins arrived sooner then expected. I contacted simply baby who whilst they were waiting on my order to arrive they kindly moved some stock around so the bugaboo and car seats were sent out and arrived the following day.

I then struggled to put the basket together and contacted simply baby who quickly replied with a clear explanation and made it so easy.

Finally I was waiting for the adapters as they were coming from Holland and as soon as they arrived they were sent out swiftly.

My initial experience was great and I would have given the company 5*, if it wasn't for the problem I experienced later on.
The price of the pram was competitive and my Bugaboo arrived promptly, long before it was due for delivery. This definitely exceeded my expectations.
However, one of the wheels turned out to be faulty and it would make a lot of noise while pushing the pram along. Over the following weeks/months the noise got progressively worse, and in January 2021 I contacted Simplybaby about the issue. Even though I was exchanging a lot of emails with Mike, the owner, I wasn't getting far. Meantime, I had to keep using the pram, which by now became embarrassing to use due to the noise it would make.
I would not hear from the company for 2 to 3 weeks at the time and had to chase it up. When we spoke for the last time, I was told it was the Bugaboo brand to blame for the delays, as they were very slow to respond to his emails.
I remember finding the owner a little bit defensive when I spoke to him, and felt as if he tried to blame me for delays as well. The very last email I received was in March and it's June already!

Back in April, I contacted Bugaboo directly, as I felt this was not going to get resolved. I was told they had never received any communication in relation to my issue and there was nothing on their system.
The Bugaboo company sent a replacement wheel and it arrived within days.

I since spoke to Mike, the owner of Simply Baby, who told me he had indeed exchanged numerous emails with Bugaboo and was told they would contact me directly to resolve the matter. He was not aware they have made no contact with me and was left to believe they would take care of it, otherwise, he would have contacted me sooner.

Fantastic service! The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I had purchased a car seat that unfortunately they could no longer order as the manufacturer had ceased making it but hadn’t updated the site that Simply Baby use, they emailed me and offered a more than suitable alternative. The service from Michael was 5* and purely from how this matter was resolved I will be a customer of Simply Baby.com for all future baby purchases! Thank you!

We ordered an Egg2 complete travel system from Simply Baby at the start of April. The system arrived just after the expected delivery date. Upon checking the unit we found that one of the clips, which holds the chassis together, was broken. We emailed Simply Baby and Mike dealt with our request. He was quick to respond, dealing with Egg on our behalf. He assured us that a new chasis would be delivered. The chasis was collected and redelivered as a repaired version, by Egg. This was not Simply Baby's fault. When we emailed, Mike arranged with Egg again for a unit to be collected and a new one dropped off forthe next day. He appologiesed for the inconvenience caused for the unit being broken and the mix up caused via Egg. Great aftersales care and customer service, despite being via email. Would recommend and will purchase from them again.

Simply Baby had the high chair we wanted in stock when many other larger retailers had a long wait. Item arrived within 24 hours and is just what we wanted. Kept updated as to when item would be delivered which was helpful. Would definitely shop here again and highly recommend.

Excellent company pram delivery expected 10-14 working days and came within 5. I would definitely order from them again.
