All good - good value product , delivered promptly

Got my laptop and was notified of delivery every step of the way. My laptop bag was no different. Would use again and again.

Finally decided to treat myself to my very own laptop. After doing research, I ordered my laptop online through the Asus webpage on the Sunday evening. On the Tues morning I received a text advising it would be delivered that morning, advising the name of the delivery person. The text also gave me the option of having it delivered on a different day.... I was already impressed! My lap top arrived promptly, packing and instructions all intact. Have to say the box was so sturdy with a little handle, I will cover this with something a bit decorative and use it as a laptop case. I am so impressed at how quickly this was delivered and kept me informed. I wish all companies provided this excellent customer service and I love my laptop. Definitely would not hesitate to use this company again....

Last week I ordered an Asus G750JH, costing around £1,900. The laptop was ordered on Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I got an email and text saying there was a problem with my order and to call their number. I called and they wanted to ask me a few security questions to authenticate my order. Having previous been a victim or money taken from my account (an unrelated case), I welcomed this security check.

My laptop arrived this next day, in perfect condition and thankfully no issues have arisen. I don't generally bother writing positive reviews, we generally tend to voice our opinion when we're complaining. But, despite some negative reviews from others, my experience has been fine.

I have spent 6 months reviewing laptops before choosing which one to buy, eventually I chose the Zenbook UX32A as it suited my needs. Simply Asus had the best price and offered next day delivery. I tried hard for a better deal or even cheaper delivery but there was no flexibility whatsoever. So I know they are selling as cheap as they can. I have heard about the very poor Asus customer service before purchasing but decided to take my chance. I may be on here again with a very negative review, but until then so far I am very happy :-)

BE Warned ASUS have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The UK tech team slipped that they are a sub contractor but refused to tell me who. They refused to support my Motherboard which failed and refused to escalate to management to service my complaint,

They may offer 3 year warranties as standard but be warned that is not worth the paper it is written on. Unless your happy to replace hardware yourself AVOID ASUS Kit at all costs.

I eventually ended us speaking to a senior manager through an intermediary who sorted my issues really quickly and affectively - its unfortunate that it took such hard work to get there

The netbook arrived very promptly the next day as advertised. Excellent service and the product is supurb.

My "Open Box" Asus N56V arrived sooner than expected after the courier company in formed me by email. They gave me a one hour slot for delivery which was bang on. I even had the option to track the delivery driver on Google Maps before he got to me - fantastic. The machine is as good as promised with no marks and everything working perfectly. I had previously had trouble finding the laptop I wanted with Windows 7 OS as I have software (3D CAD) that will not run on Windows 8. SimplyAsus came up trumps! Part of my order was a memory stick which was out of stock but SimplyAsus, after one email from me, agreed to change this for a laptop case which arrived the next day. Many many thanks, I can't fault you!!

ASUS all-in-one arrived very quickly, with very efficient warning and options to change day by day. Machine is as advertised but poor wireless connection between keyboard mouse and machine. Wrote and got instant reply, wrote again and got nothing, Phoned and got surly transfer between departments and defensive customer service claiming they'd replied 3 times. There were no replies in the same email address to which they had already successfully sent confirmation of order. They didn't follow through to check up I was OK; and were quick to tell me to use the warranty. They've left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Ordered an x55c on next day service at a very good price with reasonable carriage charges. Waited till 6pm the following day before I phoned customer service to find out where my purchase was. I was informed by a very helpful and apologetic chap that next day wasn't available on these unit as they had to be ordered from else where and would take an extra day. As this was a friday that ment monday. As I mentioned before he was very apologetic and refunded my cartridge charge and sent out a free laptop skin to say sorry. All in all very happy with the equipment when it arrived and very satisfied with the customer service in dealing with the problem. Thank you to that chap although I can't remember his name.

Very pleased with the service from ASUS, from ordering to delivery no problems and the order came when thay said it would. Will certainly reccommend and use again.

This is a good company to deal with. I placed an order on Sunday evening and the laptop arrived on Tuesday.

I am well pleased with the service. The price was very competitive.

Trustworthy company. This is the second time I have bought from them.

The netbook worked but then failed to start, went to:-
windows is loading files
startup repair
windows cannot repair this computer automatically
startup repair has tried seberal times but still cannot determine the cause of this problem
and shut down is the only option
Sadly it had been working OK for a few days and I threw away the packaging.

Having decided on the laptop I wanted, Simplyasus were monumentally cheaper than any other site, checkout was easy and delivery was next day. Everything was so easy they have to be just Simplyperfect.

Ordered laptop for daughters birthday allowing two weeks to guarantee we had it in time. Opted for free delivery - within 5 days and my order Arrived NEXT DAY! Result! Plus simply asus was the only website in uk that I could find that had the blue version of the machine. One very happy teenager = one happy mum

Ordered a laptop for my daughters birthday and paid through PAYPAL which for some reason had defaulted to a previous address of mine. I should have noticed the error as it was processed but ony did notice when i received the invoice! I contacted the delivery company who couldnt help at all and said that the situation would probably turn into a nightmare! Contacted Simplyasus who made a few calls..................... Hey presto, the laptop was delivered the next day!!!.................... Thankyou

Best price and best spec I could find for my Asus i5 laptop.

They kept me fully updated by text and email as to the order progress and was delivered within 48 hours to my place of work during my lunchbreak....

Brilliant service

They were the cheapest online retailer offering the laptop I was after at a very good price. Free delivery was chosen for 3-5 days but actually arrived the next working day during the time slot indicated! :)

Great communication and I can't fault their service. I'm extremely happy with my Asus machine as the pictures didn't do the product justice. Great build quality.
