Product ordered in the late afternoon, it arrived the following day though I only paid the standard delivery charge, Acer Revo now up and running. Have bought from this company on a number of occasions, consistently good service!

I received the Acer machine in good order and am well pleased with its performance. The Windows operating system is different to what I am used to and being in my late seventies, it is a challenge to get my head around it - but I shall get there!
It is said that you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but I aim to jump through a few more hoops before the Lord calls me home.

Ordered an Acer processor and saved approximately £100 compared to shop prices. Easy to order and kept informed via email and text,about different stages of order and despatch.It arrived the next day!

Service i received was next day delivery. My Acer E1 571 has met all my expectations so far, The Intel i7 turbo quad core with 6gb memory allows me to record many tracks of music in my DAW & doesn't seem to flinch. Multi tasking is a breeze as well. Editing Video with Sony is also a breeze without the slowdown & stutter. My experience so far with Simply Acer is 1st class.

Simply Acer's service is great. They delivered very quickly after I placed my order.

However, there was a fault with the laptop from the start so I had to return it to Acer to be fixed. I've only just got it back so I don't yet know whether it's ok. However, in all that, Simply Acer were great in terms of directing me to Acer technical support and the laptop was picked up and returned pretty quickly. Let's just hope it's working now.

Placed my order on Simply Acer website on a Sunday 05 Jan at 1 pm, had an automated e mail back within 5 minutes to say order had been received . Opted for 5 day free delivery as I was in no hurry to receive my laptop. Had another e mail from them on Monday lunchtime to say that the order was leaving their warehouse that day. Had an e mail from the carriers on Tues morning 07 Jan stating 2 times between which the parcel would be delivered that day & I received my new laptop at 11.30 am on Tues 07 Jan. You can't get better service than that. Would certainly recommend this company & would have no hesitation to shop with them again. Many thanks Simply Acer.

Easy site to use with a fast response over the Christmas period. Arrived as promised (and required) on New Year's eve. The Acer laptop hits the mark (though the offset of the touch pad to the left of centre takes a bit of getting used to). Only time will tell as to its reliability, but that is not down to Simplyacer.

I was happy with the service - ordering and collection from Collect+.

But when I powered on the laptop and set it up, I found that the battery was not charging at all. After a few tests, it was the same, and had to return it for investigation.

This means I don't have a laptop to use now. So I am disappointed.

Amazingly efficient and a good deal to boot

worth checking the site out for a really good deal, quick delivery service with full tracking details, even down to the drivers name who will deliver.

Like many \I researched the market in order to get the best deal and obviously some comfort that you are dealing with a reputable company.

Everything that they say they will provide and do was done.
Information is very quick and delivery and the laptop exactly as promised.

Ordered my Acer laptop late Sunday last weekend, received confirmation of my order very quickly. I wasn't in a hurry to recieve so I opted for the free delivery which is within 5 working days. On Monday I received confirmation and a tracking number for next day delivery. Ordered and recieved within 48 hours - excellent. Only downside is the potential additional charge for using credit card however this is becoming normal nowadays - I used my debt card however you don't get the extra protection from your card provider this way. Would recommend to my friends...considering this is my 3rd purchase something must be right!!

ordered PC (acer inspire xc600 ) late Monday was delivered Tuesday morning. PC was exactly as advertised on website ,impressed by the small compact design ,looks great .takes up less room so desk looks tidy.
PC came fully loaded and ready to use easy to set up quickly .windows 8 operating system new to me so will need to get book on this system ,moved up from xp operating system so will take a little to get used to it.
the only niggle is the on button is a little narrow and tricky to press but that just might
be my big fingers. otherwise a fun sized PC for all the family .

Purchased Acer laptop advertised with Win7 Pro preloaded with Win8 downgrade rights. Specifically sought Win7 as Win8 rubbish on non-touch devices (great on smartphones and tablets though); also sourced for a client so didn't want to pass the hassle on. Ended up Win8 only - confirmed by Acer UK (not Simply Acer) after call. This whole episode cost me money as this job was already priced (and I had to provide Win8 training). Good laptop though, shame Win8 spoils it.

Bought a laptop for my youngest daughter for her first year in University. I researched the market and Simplyacer came out on top. Delivery was as promised so I'm a very happy customer.
