Received in less than 24 hrs from placing order. Arrived in good order and is up and running. (first experience of Windows 8, but getting there!)

My order was processed promptly and I was kept informed at each stage of it's progress. It arrived within 24hrs, despite being told it could take 5 working days between placing the order and receiving it. It's my 2nd Acer laptop so I knew it would be ok and I set it up perfectly without any problems whatsoever. All in all a stress free and pleasurable experience. Would definitely deal again.

I ordered my product specifically from Simply as I wanted it ASAP for work purposes - ordered Sunday, paid for next day so expected it on Tuesday. Eventually arrived on Friday but my communication to the supplier was not replied too. Would love a refund for the additional delivery charge I incurred.

I ordered a pc in the afternoon and it arrived in good working order the next morning. Cannot fault that.

I ordered from site and received an email stating delivery by Royal Mail, but when trying to track package no information given. No emails or texts to let me know when delivery would occur, then found card through door from another delivery company stating non delivery. I then went back and found I could track package and had to reschedule delivery, she who must be obeyed not very happy as meant another day waiting for delivery. The laptop itself and ordering process was excellent, just let down by delivery, hence 4 stars.

First time buyer, a little hesitant, not familiar with the site. Had come across other dodgy sites. Read other reviews, checked moneysavingexpert.com (my go-to site for excellent consumer advice) and thought we'd take the plunge, as they gave us the best price for a laptop for my son's birthday present. I have to admit to keeping my fingers crossed and holding my breath as I clicked the last button. But within seconds of doing that, I received an email and text. Throughout the following days I received updates via email or text to let me know the order was being processed, or had been packed, or dispatched. So they allayed my fears right up until the point that the box arrived at my doorstep. I'm very pleased with their service and a very happy mum.

The laptop is as expected but as I need this laptop for work and paid for next day delivery because I had an IT guy time slotted at my disposal to install all the programmes I required for work. The laptop didnt arrive on the guaranteed delivery date this meant I had an IT guy and no laptop to work on...... When I called them up and they were neither helpful nor sympathetic. Eventually they agreed to refund the price for delivery but would not agree to take up my complaint with the delivery company.
I asked for a manager to call me back the following day but over a month later I am still waiting for that phone call.

I was very pleased with the performance of this company. My computer arrived within 2 days of ordering in a well packed parcel. Very happy with service. Thank you

I was recommended Simply Acer by a friend and was not disappointed. It was a very competitive price better spec than in the high street and easy to order. It arrived the next day switched on and ready to go. Will certainly recommend Simply Acer to others in the future.

Arrived well on time, but the date and time were wrong on the laptop meaning that I had a problem synchronising until I spotted it. When trying to apply windows updates all was well until the machine restarted and then the updates would not install and the machine reverted back to original settings. This is the 3rd Acer I have had with this problem - luckily I am a computer technician and know how to fix this but then ordinary user would have major problems

My order arrived in very good time and all products received were as advertised. I would definitely recommend Simply Acer to my friends and family as they offer excellent products at a much lower price than most other sites, and I was especially pleased that they offered products with expanded memory, meaning I didn't have to make system modifications myself.

Getting use to operating syatem.

I chose to purchase the Acer E1-572 which was delivered the very next day for free (with standard delivery), however, I felt this model was of less construction quality than my last Acer, (bought at Comet) so I decided to return it. I did have to pay for the return postage myself choosing the next day special delivery service (then you're covered against loss in post) which cost £26.60 but when they received it they made a quick decision to authorise a refund which was transferred back to my card within two days.

So, overall, an efficient, authentic, trust-worthy company from my first experience shopping with Simply Acer /Box Lt (but just the laptop I chose being of less quality and customers' being responsible for returns cost were unfortunate drawbacks).

What can I say - Brilliant service. I orderded an Acer computer, plus software at 3.30pm. I notice the latest time to order for the next day service was 4 pm and boy it arrived next day. What a service. I am happly working on my new toy. its the model 8573 and so fast it fab.

Great service from Simply Acer, good website, easy to order and good delivery service. Laptop is as described on web site and working well. It was a competitive price too. Windows 8.1 is a challenge after XP but I guess we will get there in the end.

Simply use Acer

This is the second PC I have purchased from Simply Acer. The first was a laptop about 3 years ago. I have now purchased a new desktop, as the previous one of some age just died on me whilst turned off and detached from the mains - work that one out! The new one arrived next day and is all going well. Would definitely use Simply Acer again.
