First class service
First time I’ve used Sim lab and I must say they were exceptional. I ordered a number of different size prints and all delivered the next day. The quality of the prints were first class. The monos were a little dark, but I believe that was down to my processing which I will improve. I shall be using these from now on, thank you

Many thanks for your review and feedback. We're glad to hear that you were happy with your order. We are, however, very sorry to hear that the parcel was delivered to the wrong house number. On checking our systems we can see that the shipping address that was noted on the order was the same address within the DPD delivery system. We work closely with our courier who offer an excellent delivery service and we are unsure why this has happened on this occasion and offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
If in the future you do have any delivery issues please do get in touch with us straight away as we can liaise with the courier directly to ensure a fast resolution.
