We are very happy with our shutters - the long lead time is definitely worth the wait. We had shutters fitted in 5 rooms, the work was prompt and great quality. Shutter Master were recommended to me by a friend who had shutters installed by them. I was able to see the product before ordering myself. I did get comparative quotes and SM were slightly cheaper. Importantly though Shutter Master were professional and prompt in their communications which is what made me settle for them. They turned up when they said they would for both measuring and installing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

As another reviewer has said, i rather stumbled across Shuttermaster in a long trawl of shutter research. They were swift to respond, gave a clear online estimate once i had sent through our measurements and then came to measure.
The initial appointment was expert and professional. Two days previously we had had another well known company come to do a quote. We have a Victorian house with huge bay windows and wonky lines (as is expected!). The previous company had not picked up on the issues but Shuttermaster did. They explained what the problems were and, most importantly, how they would remedy them discreetly and without adding to the cost.
Lead time was much less than we anticipated and we were kept informed throughout.
They were fitted a couple of weeks ago - massive living room bay and three upstairs windows in a master bed. They have literally transformed the rooms and the look of the front of the house. We are over the moon with them.
The fitter, Darren, was outstanding. An absolute pro he came on time, worked carefully, tidily and efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. He took great pride in his work and it shows. The installation was brilliant and we have some great shutters at a reasonable price.
Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

I must admit that I 'stumbled' upon this company who offered an online quote. The quote looked reasonable and was followed up by a phone call. Before I knew it I had had my windows measured and had chance to look at different options.
A reasonable deposit was paid and the blinds were made and fitted to the precise predicted time. The fitter came and fitted the blinds which are nothing short of stunning and everything I could wish for.
From start to finish, from the office staff, the salesman and the fitter the whole process was both easy and professional.
I have already been telling my friends about this wonderful family business. I have no hesitation at all in recommending shutterman
