Excellent customer service
I purchased a small item for the shower but it did not turn up during the expected period (Royal Mail) indicated on the dispatch note. When I contacted Showershopuk they immediately sent a replacement which arrived within 2 days. Excellent service, thank you. I have since ordered other items which arrived on time. Royal Mail eventually delivered the original item after 2 weeks!! Showershopuk have been brilliant in resolving the problem with no quibbles. I highly recommend them.
