Helpful contacts good guality products would buy from seller again

I was passed to showershopuk from a related supplier, and was amazed at their fantastic prices and range. The shower tray I ordered is great and I saved over £200 on a previous Bathstore order! Am about to order more items so....watch this space :-)

I placed and order with Showershop. Item was in stock and delivery came after 3 days, as was promised.

I would order with them again.

Products were a good price, and there was plenty of choice. When I noticed I had given them the wrong delivery address it wasn't a problem to change it, and the stuff arrive really quickly. I would recommend them to people.

Cannot fault this company for efficiency and speed of service.. Order must have been dispatched same day as received as it arrived within three days by Royal Mail.

I purchased a shower mixer from this company after having read reviews on this website. Again, the company has lived up to the expectations, delivering the item quickly. I have had no issue with the product that I purchased so I can't really say more than this. All in all, I am happy about having chosen Showershopuk .

The most super personal service from an online company. I had been let down by another company - I have still not been able to contact them - but Showershopuk restored my faith in online shopping. Delivery was at 1.15pm the following day. I will always use them in future whenever possible and highly recommend them to everyone.

Bought a shower head which was deleived on time and works perfectly

Ordered a replacement shower kit which was delivered promptly.

Ordered a thermostatic shower kit with free delivery late on Monday and it was delivered early on Wednesday, so excellent service there.

My only criticisms are that when ordering from the website, there is no feedback after hitting the payment button and it leaves you feeling a bit like something may have gone wrong. You do get an email confirmation eventually though.

Also, this email states that you will get another when the item is despatched, which I did not receive.

So, only the website feedback and communication could be improved.

Excellent service - delivered in time stated

I purchased two shower heads from showershopuk and now they have arrived they are great - just what I wanted. My only grumble is that it took 8 days from ordering to them arriving when the website claimed 3-5 working days. I guess that is the price you pay for free delivery so I won't grumble too much.

I bought this shower unit as I was forever using a mug to rinse my hair once I had shampooed it. When it arrived I assembled it and tried it out on the sink taps and water came splashing out of the other end of the shower unit handle - aha I thought to myself I'm missing a washer. Once I inserted the washer the shower unit performed marvellous. The power of the water coming out of the shower head was quite strong and with the sink taps on half open. That same evening I washed my hair and didn't take me long to finish it. My hair felt cleaner because I wasn't getting the same rinse as I was when using a plastic mug. Plastic mug now relegated to the bin. I would recommend this to anyone who wants just to shampoo their hair.
