the service from shoezone was good , until it came to the delivery by Evri.
we received an email stating the delivery would be between 10.30 and 12.30. a second email was sent by Evri stating the driver was running a bit late,
the shoes then arrived at 15.30 PM and when I asked the driver why they were late with the delivery she stated they did not under stand,
waited in all day for this delivery what a waste of a day

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals online Saturday evening, they were delivered Sunday wow, and delivery was free!

Just received my parcel, there was a pair of shoes missing (1st time this has ever happened) had a chat with shoe zone they have done a replacement order which will arrive tomorrow (was not able to leave a review with the chat with Ben ( very helpful) will still use shoe zone

Easy to order and quick delivery

Shoes were fine but the courier didn't ring our bell and left the parcel on the doorstep so if I hadn't gone out the front door someone passing could walk off with my parcel.
