Had several sandals from Shoezone now always pleased especially with delivery next day to your door !
The last pair had a wide fitting & great for covering bunions too ! Best of all comfortable.

My initial order for a pair of shoes was sent with Evri. Although Shoezone dispatched the order very quickly, there was no movement on the Evri tracking for quite some time.

I contacted Shoezone via their online chat, and their customer service was excellent. They immediately offered to send a replacement pair by Royal Mail, which I happily accepted. The issue was with the courier, not Shoezone, and I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally their customer service team resolved the problem. Excellent customer service.

Everything with shoezone made the shopping experience great, although we had an hiccup with the delivery, they sorted it efficiently without a problem

I had spent a lot of time looking for the shoes I wanted and some of the price were out of my range but found them on shoe zone with a great price ordered on 4th Aug and arrived on 5th Aug. Fantastic service and gas delivery, fit great quality is great .

And the cushion walk Kim women’s Beige Bow Ballerina shoe. Both these shoes were really good quality, comfortable to wear, and exactly like the picture, also the delivery is very fast as it came the day after I had ordered it, will 100% be ordering more soon.

Shoe Zone is a great shoe shop with a high range of shoes, however, delivery lets them down. I expected my parcel next day and was advised delivery time of between 5.15 - 7.15 pm. I was in at this time but as I went to put something in my bin, the parcel had been left behind the bin. No one rang the doorbell!!!
