The shoes arrived completely soaking…
The shoes arrived completely soaking wet with a soapy residue all over them. The outer packaging wasn’t damaged, just inside the individual packaging that the shoes were in.

These sandals are so comfortable
These sandals are so comfortable, I had bought a tan pair and a white pair this summer. I decided I would buy some more to put away for next year. Unfortunately I was unable to get the white ones, but I am happy with the tan pair. Love them

Great service
Called in to Wigan Shoe Zone looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for a wedding. Found the perfect shoe but not in my size. A member of staff at the till said she could get them delivered to me at home. Free delivery and next day. She sorted out the details very quickly. Next day 11am they were on my feet for a test drive in my suit for the wedding. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Great sandals but should not advertise next day unless 100% sure it will happen which in my case it didn't happen. Good customer service though.

Updates of delivery were great
Updates of delivery were great, even the delay. My order was delivered on the correct date but at 11.29pm! Just left on the doorstep. Luckily was still there next morning!

Next day service, cant beat it.
Bought a pair of croc style shoes from Shoezone a week ago, they were a bit small in size. So ordered another pair bigger from Shoezone on line. Fit better. Original pair i will use in garden. Good delivery service next day. Brilliant.

No problem with shoe zone. BUT EVRI DELIVERY DRIVER, JUST DUMPED ALL HIS DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OUR BUILDINGS ENTRANCE DOOR. HE NEVER RANG ANYONES DOOR TO GET INSIDE THE BUILDING.😡

Overall experience
Placing my order was easy and my purchase arrived earlier than expected. The goods were in excellent condition and exactly what I wanted. I'm so pleased with the overall experience and will definitely look to show zone again.

Crocs broke after 2 wears
Crocs broke after 2 wears, organising a refund is difficult and costs £2.50 to return (comes out of the refund) unless you are able to take back to store which I am not.

Brought a pair of rocket dog flip flops they are so comfortable. Also brought a pair of cushion walk zip up ankle boots, so lovely and light weight. Only ordered them on Saturday and received them the next day. Thank you.🙂 great service.

I went into the Southampton store and bought some summer sandles. Chloe (the assistant) was so super helpful and patient. In today's world of online and non personal shopping, Chloe stood out with her natural fit and excellent customer service.
