When delivered it was left somewhere else

When delivered it was left somewhere else not my address and they left a parcel outside my address thet was not mine absolutely disgusted with the delivery service

Great prices

Great prices. Shoes just what I wanted.
Very prompt free delivery.

Found parcel on doorstep which looked like it had been opened - stuck with selotape.
Box inside battered but fortunately all contents ok.

Five stars

Ordered sandals and they were delivered next day. Website very easy to use. Updated re status of order/delivery. Very impressed with Shoezone and customer service. Five stars.

Email received to advised delivered I…

Email received to advised delivered I called customer service who advised it was delivered to another house a few doors round the corner. I have been to the advised house and no delivery was there I have checked with other neighbours and still no sign of delivery thanks Evri not!!! Not impressed with missing item
