Do not purchase from this company. The shoes received were not the brand they advertised. I am anxious to see how long it will take to make a return and receive my credit.

Do NOT order from these crooks! They had a nice variety of shoes (especially since I wear an 11). BUT, if the shoes don't work for you, FIRST you have to PAY to return them, and now it's been since May 12th and all they can say is "it takes 1-2 weeks to process your return." I politely tell her it's been more than two weeks, why has my refund not been returned to my card? That's when she adds "It takes 1-2 weeks to process your return. It then takes 1-2 weeks to process your refund." Then she didn't like what I had to say and put me back in the answer cue, where I held another 7 minutes for someone else to repeat what she had just said.

Why do you ship out with FEDEX and it takes a month to receive my shoes with alot of hassle of them changing their date of delivery and how they deliver it? BUT the return label we get is USPS and my return will arrive in 3 days?

Wife ordered some sandals and didn't fit, so requested return from ShoeMall and received a pre paid label. Dropped at USPS which would then relay to FedEx for final delivery. Took 8 days to deliver back to shipper less then 200 miles away? But that's another story, anyway 9 days later still no refund so contact customer service. They reply it can take up to 3 weeks for processing a return. Are we back to living in the stone ages? Does this company have only one person doing returns and they work only part time? These days customer service is a priority and obviously this business does not care about returning your money when you returned their product in a timely manor. I will make sure never to buy again from ShoeMall.

The worst! They don't know their right foot from their left. In fact, if I ever get my shoes (waiting 3 weeks now), I hope they don't send 2 rights or 2 lefts!

I got the wrong shoe, not the same model and not the same color. I got the write size and gender. And this is after I waited a whole month!!!! It is hard to get in touch with the company, I paid with paypal but i don't see it in my activities, and it's been taken off my credit card.

Terrible customer service. I returned a pair of shoes because they looked worn. I have yet to receive my refund even though those shoes have been in their possession almost a month now. I will never shop with them again!!

DO NOT shop with this company. While I recieved free shipping with my order, it took weeks to arrive. The two pairs of shoes I ordered did not fit and I returned them, with the label they provided. My order was well over $100 and I still had to pay for return shipping. To make things worse, it took weeks for them to start tracking. The last date on the FedEx tracking label says April 27th. It is now May 8th, and my package seems to be lost. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact FedEx directly. TERRIBLE customer service. If I spend that much money and use YOUR return label, I expect you to be responsible for the return shipment and therefore, my refund. Do not let this company suck you in with their sales. It is definitely not worth it. Stick with a reputable company that you can rely on. Its worth a few extra $.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on April 27th. I've been tracking them every day. They sat at a Fedex facility from April 29th- May 6th. Today is May 7th and they finally moved to the next Fedex facility but still no expected delivery date. When I called Fedex I was told that ShoeMall uses the "economy" shipping method and that it could take up to 15 days to receive my order. I tried to cancel my order with ShoeMall and was told that I can't cancel it. I should have ordered from Zappos and I would have received my order in 2-3 days. I will NEVER order from ShoeMall again!!!!

I placed an order on 4/28/21 for 2 pair of shoes totalling $97.98

They sent 1 pair of shoes and I called about this.
I was told they were out of stock which was a complete lie!
Then I was told my shoes would reach me on 5/10/21
They tried to force me to accept $15 and I refused it.
Today they tell me my order was canceled which I did not do this.
$42 was not returned to my bank.

I have already contacted my attorney for this matter.
I also paid $25 extra for 1-3 day delivery.
Now it's going to cost them way more then what I spent.
Someone in this company is stealing money form customers and they have a serious legal matter on their hands because I'm going all the way.

I'm filing theft charges and going to news and all social media about this company of thieves!!

I contacted my bank first before calling about my order and they said contact the merchant.

The money was taken from my account,no refund was ever sent back to my bank.
THESE PEOPLE AT SHOEMALL.COM ARE CROOKS!!

Last year in September I purchased a pair of men’s slippers for $48.54 and retuned them the very next day
As they were too big. When my statement came, I disputed the charge because they were returned,
My payment was through third party PayPal. For months I went back and forth with both entities. To this day, Shoe Mall has the slippers, but I have never received my refund and never will. I must have 20 emails and made 15 or more phone calls to no avail.
Since shoe Mall has the returned slippers, they should in good faith send me a refund.

I learned a lesson, read reviews....most of there’s are

I ordered shoes two months ago have not received yet. Worst customer service apparently the package is on a fed ex truck somewhere. Also I returned the shoes I did get they were the Wong size 2 weeks ago and they have been received no refund yet. Do not order from them.

Felt like I needed to write a review after reading all these negative ones! Found a pair of shorts I’ve been looking for (not shoes) on ShoeMall that were ridiculously cheap with their 30% off coupon. Confirmation and shipping emails were sent and shorts were received in perfect condition by ups a day ahead of schedule, which was less than a week after I ordered.

Worst shipping of any online retailer. After a week, two pairs of my shoes have shipped but are still in CA with no expected delivery date. Combine this company with FedEx and you have a recipe for total disappointment. In this day and age, you need to step up your game. No one waits this long for anything, esp something like shoes. I would give a negative review if that were possible.

I was very displeased with my service. I order 3 pair of shoes they shipped to an old address due to lack of an update I was told by customer service the first time and she was rude about it. The second call the agent was able to get it resolved but was very ummm uggghhh on the phone and sounded like she had no proper training ever and had no idea what she was really doing. Very poor business quality overall.

This company is getting one star only because it has to get a star to write the review. 3 weeks and still no order. They blame fed ex. No one takes accountability. I asked if they do any surveys and Nancy the rep said she didn’t know, maybe at the end of the call. How do you not know? Do not buy from this company!!

Do not order shoes from Shoe Mall. I ordered $95 Brooks tennis shoes on 3/12/21. Free Shipping. I logged a request at 14 days as shoes not arrived. Apparently they have a “deal” with Fed-ex. I was told give it a few more days... Well as of today.. still no shoes. I am told they are in West Virginia .. No shoes.. had to purchase some from another site... Received.. No problem. Never ever again fro. This online store

I would honestly give them a negative star if possible!! Three times I ordered a size 9 from them through Amazon and three times they shipped a size 10!! Are there any human beings involved in the process or just computers? Computers would not mix up a number 9 and a number 10!!! Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!

I ordered socks and they arrived stained. I had to wait on hold forever just to get them to issue an exchange. By the time I sent them back and received a new pair months later, THEY SENT BACK THE SAME EXACT PAIR OF STAINED SOCKS. I called back and waited on hold forever AGAIN to talk to the call center supervisor who was incredibly rude and unapologetic. She offered no solution other than to send the socks back and wait additional weeks on a refund. Will not give this company my business again and you should not either.

Worst service. The website took my billing address as my shipping address and i immediately called and informed them. They neither cancelled or changed the address.
