Products ship quickly and quality is good. Returns are HORRIBLE! They charge you $7.95 using their label. It is a USPS label that gets transferred to FedEx. They don’t refund until the product reaches a specific warehouse. I received 3 different emails telling me “We Have It and to wait another 7 to 10 days for the refund. Refund only came after I emailed informing them that It was the third email. I experienced this with 2 different returns. It takes about 3 weeks from mailing to see the refund. I will only purchase from them if I am 100% sure on the sizing and will be sure I will not need to return.

Use caution when ordering you have only 60 days to return from purchase date but I still haven't received my order which was placed on nov,23 and they don't tell you it goes from fedex to usps and I have no delivery date.

Ordered leather boots 10/9/21 told in stock but then said can't ship until 11/25/2021 didn't ship contacted said can't promise anything supposed to ship 12/25/2021 I told them to cancel order just be because they say available at time of ordering doesn't mean they are available will never deal with them again

I will never order with ShoeMall again. Refund took 3 weeks after numerous calls.

Once I spoke with Kim, a supervisor with ShoeMall, all was taken care of correctly. She is a gem!

Horrible service and cheap customer service. Sent me shoes that were two sizes too large. I paid $9 to ship them back AND then they only gave me credit (5 weeks later!) for shoes but charged me for the shipping to me of $7.48.
Shoes appeared to be slightly worn from previous customer who must have also sent it back.
Stay away from them and its better to pay 20% then all that trouble. CHEAP COMPANY!!!!

The shoes I received are too big when I tried them on and I know they are a full size larger when I compared them to my existing shoes. All of this is below the reputation of this company. As a Customer service representative myself, I was absolutely stunned by the level of rudeness I received from a supposed Supervisor. First, the representative that I gave my order number to, said she couldn't find it and then passed me on to her "Supervisor", who received no communication from the representative that spoke with me about the issue I just explained to her, so I had to explain it all again. This argumentative person ("Supervisor") continuously talked over me, without hearing what the problem appeared to be, or hearing me out before interrupting me. The simple issue was the initial representative didn't pass the order number in question to her "Supervisor". I was able to finally tell the "Supervisor" that the order number she repeated to me wasn't the order number in question. In my frustration, I just hung up. I went into my Shoemall account page and finally figured out which order the refund charge was for. Love Shoemall.com products, but Customer Service Reps need retraining.

I just got off the phone with two of the most horrible reps that actually YELLED at me over the phone. over talking me and it was due to a return that I sent back and Fedex possibly lost. I filed a dispute with my bank and I should be getting my money back from them. Fedex is also an incompetent company that needs to be kicked in the a** for loosing a package.

I’ve never ordered that the shoes were not “out of stock” and long wait to fulfill order. But, last time I ordered same shoe in two colors. Waited weeks and the. Two pair in same color were shipped. No one contacted me to ask if that’s what I wanted and when I complained I was told to return the second pair and none available I other color. Wore one pair during summer and now side seam is falling apart. I’m advised 60 day guarantee has past. No mention of manufacturing defect that should be repaired or replaced at their cost. I spend a lot of money with them but I’ve had enough and will never spend another dime with them.

The item I purchased has been LOST by fedex (another incompetent company) and shoemall refuses to be accountable for item. I will be filing a dispute with my bank in the next few days.

They absolutely will not help you and have rude, sarcastic sales people with nasally obnoxious accents. DONT be fooled by the coupons, you won’t get your item.

Had a horrible experience I placed an order in February they kept sending me emails saying it was going to be delayed then in July they said sorry order was canceled because they were out of stock they wouldn't honor at sale price but they they would sell me for new higher price bunch of crooks never again 👺🤬

They’ll take your money and then tell you your shoes are being shipped by a “supplier” so it’s not their fault that your order will never get delivered. Looks like I’m going to have to go to PayPal for a refund.

Took three weeks to get a refund, empty promises were given when to expect it...finally did dispute through paypal and got it right away

Absolutely the rudest customer service I've ever spoken to. My advice avoid the headaches and buy elsewhere. Wish I'd of read their reviews before making my purchase.

I do not recommend this company. I am still waiting to receive an order I placed 2 weeks ago. The company misleads customer with incorrect tracking information. The package is not sent Fedex ground but is sent SmartPost. My Package was located in the next town yesterday and today this package is in the next state.

Do not purchase anything from this company, i ordered a pair of sandals from this place, it took 1 month to get them , when i finally got them they were to small , i sent them back it took another month , i called then there respond we'll send your money back were out of stock , ' Wow' , take my advice and stick with. AMAZON .

Ordered a pair of shoes on (5-13-21).

Got the confirmation email shortly after along with another email saying they were on back order although they were supposedly in stock when I ordered them. I wear a size 14 and have a very difficult time finding shoes I like so I had no problem waiting on them to be in stock which was June 18th.

Checked on the status every day and the delivery date kept being pushed back until the point where it said July 3rd. Then yesterday (June 18th) came which was the original date they were supposed to ship them. I checked the status only to find out the order had been canceled without warning. Needless to say I was very angry. Not only because they did that but because I had really wanted this particular pair of shoes. The kicker though, the website still shows them in stock in my size.

Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this company again and I highly advise others not to either.

APPALLING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They supplied completely the wrong size and colour of sandal to my wife and then completely failed to refund the cost of £21GBP and offered instead a derisory $7 compensation!!! (Which I very much doubt that we will ever see)
