I placed my order on July 7 and expected my delivery within 3-5 working days, as stated on the confirmation. However, when I reached out to the Shiseido Customer Support Team on July 10 to inquire about my delivery date, I was told orders are expected to be sent by approximately next week.

Here is the reply I received from Customer Service Shiseido

"Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for your interest in SHISEIDO. We understand that you are inquiring about your order SUKxxxxxxxx, and we would like to inform you accordingly.

We would like to inform you that due to a system-wide upgrade on our website, there will be a delay in processing orders. Currently, orders are expected to be send by approximately next week. This information has been available on our website since 20/06/2024. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We understand that you may not have been aware of this delay, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To accommodate this situation, we are offering you the option to cancel your order. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the cancellation. Once we receive your confirmation, we will promptly cancel the order and reverse any charges.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Really? Is this your customer service???

While I appreciate their point about the delivery information being posted on Shiseido's website since June 20, Shiseido should have informed customers about the delay when confirming their orders or a follow-up email to make their customers aware of the issue.

After receiving my order confirmation, there was no update whatsoever. When I checked online, it still stated FREE—Standard ROYAL MAIL (within 3-5 working days).

So, do you expect your customers to read through all the information and be responsible for the delay simply because they didn't read the information posted on your website?

So, I’ve been on the hunt for an oil free SPF, I have purchased so many that claim to keep your skin shine free etc, but I can honestly say this is the best I have used. It has a slight tint but not detectable once on the face, no white cast and is absolutely brilliant under make up. Only problem is, the bottle is 30ml and ridiculously small not to mention quite expensive.

Placed a couple of orders using their promotion code. They ended up shipped the items without free gifts as said. It is a scam promotion on their website. Tried to communicate their chat bots and getting no where. Then, i call the customer service. The lady just simply replied they do not ship the free gift by itself. Tried to reach out her supervisor, i got no answer. Do not recommend to purchase at their website.

Ça ne vaut rien. Même les sous marques à petit prix sont de meilleure qualité.
Paquets sur les cils, impossible d'étirer la matière, et comble de tout, moi qui ne fais aucune allergie, au bout de 30 secondes, mes yeux pleurent.
Le prestige de cette marque -sans parler du prix- n'a plus sa place dans la cosmétique

Shiseido UK customer service team helped me resolve an issue with Serge Lutens (that brand being owned by Shiseido). I ordered goods from SL that were not delivered despite SL tracking saying they were. SL were totally unresponsive to numerous direct contacts. Shiseido themselves took on board the reputational damage and got the issue resolved immediately for me.

Feel unappreciated as a customer at Shishedo . Customer service is now very poor
Have ordered Shishedo products in the past and the company has always taken care of their customers. Now they truly don’t care . I ordered several products I was suppose to get some items free. Did not get them or any type of replacement or even a token of a sample or any type of consideration.
They no longer value their long standing repeat customers .I truly feel cheated and unappreciated as a customer.
There are lots of wonderful facial products out there . Why should I continue to use this company’s products??

Terrible products and customer services, avoid anything made by shiseido company, one of the reasons Serge Lutens brand went down is because it’s owned by Shiseido, their obsession of protecting their brand to an extent you can’t even buy it from alot if known online selling platforms is why their brand is not successful like many others, guess what people will just buy better brands that are accessible for purchase, your days of glory are gone

Cercavo una crema per la notte, in quanto Shiseido purtroppo continua a cambiare i prodotti, soprattutto quelli che andavano benissimo, non ci sono più. Mi hanno consigliato Shiseido Benefiance Overnight Wrinkle Resisting cream. PESSIMA! non si stende bene, non si sente la pelle idratata, sembra di applicare della calce.NON compratela!

Don´t buy this garbage. I bought one eyelash curler about 2 years ago and yesterday when I was curling my eyelashes it broken and bounced into my eye. And they response was that he expired the warranty as if the product was cheap. They asked me for a medical examination, hahaha I never told them that it hurt or dying, I told them that it hurt. At least they could give me a new one, but no. I wish I would give zero stars.

Ho acquistato bio performance serum giorno e notte sbalordita dall'efficacia dei campioncini.
Ho subito notato una differenza abissale nel risultato è nella sensazione sulla pelle tanto da pensare ad una partita fasulla o ad una differenza di composizione del prodotto tra campioncino e flacone da 30ml.
Telefono al servizio clienti che mi promette di inviai un modulo per il reso e sostituzione.
In realtà mi hanno mandato mail con un bel "fatto suoi,doveva usarlo di più"

My Black Friday order got “stuck” in the system. Customer service takes several days to a week to respond. I called them and coincidentally their system is “down” that day and they can’t help me. After getting my order unstuck they proceeded to cancel it.

La scelta di far uscire la linea Pureness di produzione è stata, a mio parere, inspiegabile.
Per pelli miste come la mia (tendenti all'acne se non adeguatamente curate) era un fondotinta prezioso. Ho provato alcuni sostituti sempre shiseido ma alcuni hanno i PEG ai quali sono allergica, altri ahimè non danno lo stesso effetto del pureness e costano davvero troppo per quel che danno. Peccato. Avevano un prodotto vincente per un problema reale e sono riusciti a deludere una bella fetta di clientela.

To be honest you’d expect higher quality for the price you Pay. Kiehls is much better.

Shiseido pure retinol instant treatment eve mask . Good for a couple of uses leave for 15 minutes. Does not irritate eyes smooth finish. Light weight formula. I am 41 years old and this is my first time trying a under eye mask. I have not used this product long enough to see a difference.This was a sample.

shiseido expert sun protector face cream. Ottima crema solare con fattore d protezione 30 e con alta resistenza all'acqua e al sudore. Lascia la pelle idratata e liscia. Ti abbronza in protezione

They won't accept reviews that aren't good. Mine wasn't even that bad, I just said what my honest experience was with the sunscreen being greasy and the serum didn't do anything for me. (it even irritated my face but I left that out on purpose) They declined my review and I reached out again but never got an explanation. Very unprofessional, especially considering the high-end price you pay.

Take your money for goods advertised on website as available. They take your £££ and then cancel the order (it must be some bank interest scam). THREE times this happened and they claim "they dont know what stock they have". Very worrying considering theyre running on-line retail lol!!

No perdáis vuestro dinero, otras marcas ofrecen calendarios del adviento mucho mas interesantes!
