After a long wait the customer services twice said the "line is bad, I cannot hear you" send me a reference number via text and hangs up the phone. Vestel is not interested hearing or understanding the situation. Just sending the useless code and not even explaining what is it for or how /where to use it.

Appalling quality of combination microwave. I purchased a Sharp r861SLM from Argos 1st Feb 2018. I less than two years the glass flatbed developed a bubble and crack from back to front even though we had only used the equipment provided. In addition, the door panel is bubbling and peeling.

After contacting sharp, we were told we must have done something to cause the damage. Therefore they were unwilling to help.

Now just four months later, the entire control panel has become detached from the unit and the facia on top of the door has a crack. We are two 50 +people who are gentle to all appliances. This is just appalling quality.

Almost exactly one year ago we bought the same machine for our daughter. That has also completely failed but we are having zero luck getting a refund from Robert dyas the seller.
All in all a terrible experience. What had happened to sharp?

No volveré a comprar nada de la marca sharp, muy informales y no dan solución. Increíble el trato y la dejadez, me siento defraudada.

Muy mala gestión, compré una placa de inducción en eureka de Villena y me garantizaron que hacía una buena compra en calidad precio y que no tendría ningún problema...... a lo que me dejé aconsejar.
Cuando la probé ya me di cuenta que hacía mucho ruido de ventiladores, luego cuando llega a la ebullición se para de golpe para empezar de nuevo a calentar, pero lo más sorprendente es que cuando se apaga, a la media hora se ponen a funcionar de nuevo los ventiladores, algo también muy relevante es que la botonera de touch no va bien y cuando subes la temperatura ya no baja y viceversa.
Llamé a la tienda en pleno confinamiento explicando lo que le pasaba antes de los 15 días y dijeron que la tenía que llevar yo....a lo que me la jugué al ser de otra comunidad y la llevé, pero entonces dijeron que esa marca no devolvía sólo reparaban, así que me enviaron al técnico el cual me dijo que la marca era patatera y que me tenía que haber gastado el dinero en algo mejor, que el ruido es normal y todo lo que le pasa es normal con lo cual solo me cambiaba el touch y no podía hacer nada más.
Me parece surrealista que una placa haga ruido a la media hora de apagarla y que no me hayan cogido la garantía.
Parece como que le tienen miedo a la marca…no entiendo nada…solo sé que la placa al parecer me la he de comer yo.
EXIJO CAMBIO O DEVOLUCIÓN para poder volver a confiar en la marca SHARP.

Don’t....just don’t. We have an under guarantee K-61v28bm1 oven. The main function control fell off... 2.5 weeks without a repair, they emailed a date and time never turned up and stated it was the engineers fault for not confirming. This was it seems not strictly true!!!! They then said 1-5 weeks for a 50p part, and that THE MAIN CONTROL was not warranty and would be posted to me as a good Will gesture... 1st and last ever sharp purchase, likely better quality and service for a tenner on eBay! Oh and the pyrolitic cleaning function apparently only works with the help of a plastic ruler, j cloth and some windowlene?!?!

Ik heb een Sharp combi magnetron, werkt als een trein. Lekker bakken en opwarmen. Ook heb ik een vaatwasser van Sharp, zo stil. Je merkt er niets van als hij aan staat. Alles goed schoon.

In elke ruimte van het huis hebben wij een luchtreiniger van Sharp staan. Als mijn broer en schoonzus bij ons op visite zijn, dan hebben zijn geen last van onze kat. Ook onze oudste zoon heeft sinds wij deze luchtreinigers in huis hebben geen last meer van zijn allergie.

Bought a Sharp Pyrolytic Oven K-61V28BM1 in July 2017. Few problems with door closing mechanism but eventually fixed. In June 2019, noticed glass not secure in oven door and as glass holding mechanism was part of internal door structure I guessed it would require a new door. Reported the issue to Customer Services on 6th June, and it took a week for them to confirm it would need new door and that this would need to be ordered. Well....8 weeks after first reporting the fault I am still no nearer getting a repair or being able to use my oven. Multiple calls to Customer Services have failed to provide any information, written complaints have been ignored, promises to check progress and call me back have not materialised. I am at my wits end. It seems that once you have paid your money, Sharp have absolutely no interest in fulfilling their after sales obligations.

Bought a Sharp ES-HDB9647W0 9Kg / 6Kg Washer Dryer on AO.com on 04-Jan-2019 and faulty on 23-Feb-2019. Took 3 visits from the engineer and still couldn't fix it. Although full refund processed on 22-March-2019, I've wasted time and money and getting the rude and unhelpful support & customer service from this company. They use contractors for servicing but the engineer won't tell us the status and the support won't tell us the status either. It's a shame as the product seems to be ok when it's working but I'd never buy another Sharp appliance as I don't want to ever call their support again.
