All done by phone due to covid but very professionally done and all the measuring and fitting instructions were clear and concise. The blinds themselves are excellent and have made a big difference to the conservatory.

Fantastic service, from design through to measuring and fitting. Matt was brilliant, spent time going through design options on their virtual online software, transparent on pricing, and also very helpful to ensure the customer measures accurately, if that option is desired. Final product met with expectations, fits perfectly and is high quality. Shades have retained their colour throughout the summer season and look great.

We have just fitted our new shade sails, and they look great with still.lots of light coming in which is what we wanted. The whole process has been fantastic, the instructions for measuring were easy to follow and all the team members that we spoke to by phone and email were professional and very helpful. Our sails only took a couple of weeks to make and we fitted them ourselves, again a very easy process. We would highly recommend Inshade and are looking forward to spending a more comfortable time in our conservatory this summer. An added bonus ...we had heavy rain today and the sails definitely reduced the noise on the roof.

We were guided through the design and choices options in a friendly and informative online video session. Easy instructions for measuring up then, decisions made, a short wait for the shade blind. The shade was nicely finished and just as portrayed in the design process. Easy fitting instructions, good quality fittings and a good outcome. The shade worked well on summer days when the sun room would have otherwise been too hot for comfort and looks good too. Our sun room plants appreciate the shade too and no longer frazzle brown on hot days.

Product was purchased to counter excessive heat build up in our conservatory. From the initial contact by telephone to final self installation, the process was simple and efficient. Dylan our contact was knowledgeable and professional. The product is expensive but has transformed our conservatory during the hot days of summer. I have no hesitation in recommending InShade.

So you know when you read reviews of a product and they are all ‘amazing’ and there’s a little voice going ‘yeh yeh yeh’...well it turns out that sometimes the reviews are right!!....and thankfully this is the case with In Shade Sails!..

The sails are beautiful (exceeding expectations even)...huge sigh of relief!..it is a large important purchase and you really want to get it right...

The team are very easy and even fun to work with...no strong sales patter just simple choices and common sense planning...and excellent communication...

Our south facing conservatory is blisteringly hot and glary, or should I say , WAS!....the difference is amazing and beautiful too...
I did mention to Matt about it being a crematorium for flying insects.....and believe it or not that seems less too...not because they are trapped on the sails...a quick flick of the sails ...or unhook soon sorts that out...(I could do a review for our new cordless Dyson that complements the sails and dead beasties very well😂😂)...ok not here....

Everyone loves them and I have a funny feeling sales may be going up from seeing them...so pleased with our purchase and the whole process..even the price was very reasonable and didn’t cause a heart attack...

We had our sail blinds fitted in spring 2019 and these sails have far exceeded our expectations. Our 'conservatory' isn't traditional - it's the dining space that links our kitchen and the internal sitting room, so we can't simply close it off when it gets hot. The first summer after the moved in, in 2018, the heat was unbearable. I'd no idea that a glass roof could create so much heat. Also, it was blindingly bright, and even in the winter, the light was very harsh - it's amazing how harsh white cloud is!

These blinds have transformed all of that. The light is so much softer, and in sunshine there are shadow patterns all over the walls from the sails. it's really lovely. The dining room has gone for a barely used space - a space we really only used at night - to one we use year round. It's a lovely space to be in. And while the space is still very warm on a REALLY hot day, it's no longer unbearable (we had internal temperatures in the mid-30s BEFORE the sails - hotter than it was outside) while on warm and sunny days, the sails make it a really pleasant space to sit in.

While we didn't consider the effect the sails would have in winter, again, this has changed the space with much softer light. Also, while I was initially concerned about how the sails would impact on the light coming into the internal sitting room, I'm really surprised by how little effect this has had. The design team worked carefully to make sure that we were blocking out light where we didn't want it without losing the light we really needed. We couldn't be happier with the result.

If you're looking to enhance the look of your conservatory, you cant go wrong with these beautiful sails. We originally had 3 fitted at the front of the conservatory, but decided to finish it off with an additional 2 large sails at the back. We can't praise Matt and his team enough. The whole design process was easy, even technophobes like us could do it and the finished result is fantastic. They cut out the glare from the sun, help maintain a manageable heat and look stunning; very ambient at night time. We would not hesitate in recommending the product and this company. It's been a pleasure from start to finish.

The team were excellent at all stages, a well thought out design and lots of support throughout the process. The price was certainly far less than the roller blind options I had been looking at and a much more striking effect I would say. Production and delivery was prompt and I'm very happy with the outcome. The measuring is important to get right, it took me some time and a few attempts, so it's worth taking care at this stage.

Shadeplus are good to do business with. Excellent communication, and everything delivered as promised. These Inshade blinds are the second set we have bought from this company, and are a great product.

I absolutely love the sail blinds in my conservatory. Every person I spoke to at InShade were helpful. I ordered these at the start of the lockdown so we could use our conservatory for schooling and work and they are so classy. InShade were fantastic and were at the beginning of working in the lockdown and I was impressed they could still manufacture these. The blinds were just what I wanted, a real feature in the room that enhances it rather than just blocking the conservatory roof.

The team at shade plus deserve 5 stars without doubt, they were very helpful from start to finish with advice and information . The whole process was very well organised from original enquire ,through the measurements and the actual fitting of the sails,very impressive. If you can read a tape measure and drill the fixing holes plus screw the brackets on ,you can save a large amount off the price it would cost you from a normal blind outlet, at no cost to the quality, it’s a no brainer !. Great staff, great product. It was two weeks from initial contact to design, manufacture and supply sail blinds for my conservatory. I elected to fit them myself after discussing the product with Matt the designer. It couldn't have been easier assuming you can follow written instructions and have basic DIY skills.
Thanks everyone at InShade especially as this all occurred during the Covid 19 lockdown; you make a fantastic team.

I purchased 3 sails to shade one half of my conservatory about 3 years ago, and was so impressed with the quality and look, I ordered 3 more just over a year later. The team made the whole process of designing and measuring so simple and pleasurable and were extremely helpful at every stage. The sails have transformed my conservatory, as they look very stylish and elegant. They have removed the suns glare completely. Also, unlike a solid roof, I can remove them in winter to let more light in. The conservatory still does get hot, so don’t expect a miracle on that front, but the intensity of the heat is reduced and I can sit in there even on a hot summers day. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to review.
