Perfect Bowtie for my Wedding!
I wore the Grosgrain Silk Butterfly Bowtie to my wedding last weekend. I received many complements on the style and quality of the tie. It’s a great shape and easy to tie. I would like to point out that it only fits neck sizes up to 17 inches, which is my exact size (thank you wedding diet).
I am going to recommend this brand to any family or friends who are looking for a high quality bow tie for any occasion.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience.
Losing a package can be incredibly frustrating, and we understand your disappointment in not receiving your tie. After you let us know the package was found torn open and the content missing, our customer service replied right way by checking with the shipping company. Once we checked and sent you the proof of delivery, unfortunately there was nothing else we could do being that the package, once delivered, is out of our company’s responsibility.
We know the tie was for a special occasion, but that specific model is currently sold out. Since the tie you ordered is sold out, we're happy to offer alternative options for immediate dispatch. Our team suggested different alternatives via email that could be shipped immediately, however we did not hear back from you yet.
If we can be of any further help do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you find the perfect tie.

Service faultless.
The only reason I have not given them 5 Star is the colours as represented on their web site do not accuratley represent the actual colurs of the product.
