Easy to use! Dependable!

Great product assisting greatly in automating my products!

I opened my account, after two days I came back to check on and I found it suspended without no warning no message no email nothing. I don't even have access to the dashboard to see what's going on. Not only that, but I email them, still no response. Please guys do not open your account here, find somewhere else. There is no support, nothing.

I'm giving this a one-star rating because it feels like I've had virtually no experience with their support. I registered for their platform a week ago and opted for the paid plan. I've sent over 4 emails seeking support, but have yet to receive a response. Instead, I continually receive their automated newsletters. My concern is the time I'm investing in creating lists and uploading products. Even their test mode doesn't seem to function, making me feel as though I'm adding products that only I can view. Their lack of responsiveness has been an issue from day one. Moreover, they advertise a free 14-day trial before your card is charged, but with this level of service, I'm hesitant to invest any more of my time

SendOwl has been simple to use and easy to set up. I like the emails I get when a client signs up, and I like get notifications when a payment fails.

Writing this as I await a response from SendOwl support. Last time, it took them 2 days to get back to us while we were losing sales. Our checkout has been down for the majority of the day once again. This marks the third time this has happened since May 2023. We've relied on SendOwl since 2015 to facilitate the sale of our software. We are using the well-designed SendOwl API to drive our web store and previously, we were staunch advocates of its simplicity and reliability for anyone interested in vending digital products. Recent developments with SendOwl have left us puzzled, as we now find ourselves actively exploring alternative solutions. It had been working excellently until it suddenly faltered. While I acknowledge that our specific use case might differ from that of most users, and it's possible we may have expected too much, the fact remains that it worked and then it didn't. So, if you're planning to sell just one PDF a day, it might be acceptable on most occasions. However, if your sales involve dozens of items per day, I strongly recommend conducting thorough testing of this service before fully committing. A loyal user left disappointed.

SendOwl is effective, easy, and cost effective! I had been using a very expensive shopping cart, and began searching for an alternative. When I discovered SendOwl, I could not believe how easy it was to learn to use. It offers all the things I need: digital and physical goods; membership options; coupons; ease! I have been using it for a couple of years now, and can't be happier. I highly recommend it!

Fast, clean & simple!

I've been using Sendwol for a week and everything works perfectly. It's just what I was looking for, some simple platform to sell my courses online.

But the support is pretty bad. I've been emailing Paul for three days on a major VAT issue and all he does is answer my questions with totally generic answers.

I have to insist and insist to get nowhere...

When a platform is technically good, but the support isn't, it's a shame, because it could be perfect, but it's not.

(I edit this review and increase the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Support has improved. I am satisfied with the platform)

I have been using Sendowl now for almost a decade and can't speak highly enough of this organisation. SendOwl has made selling digital products a seamless process and the customer support provided any time I have had to seek assistance has been prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Works great so far, did never have to interfere in the process. All emails are going out automatically. A minor point of improvement would be to send emails a little faster. Now it takes on average 10 to 15 mins before the mail is going out.
