I had taken my Sony DSC-W800 to two other places, hoping they’d be able to figure out what the problem originally thinking it was the battery. The second place said but recommended Sendean. I took the camera in and left it with them and was surprised when both gave me a quote, one to fix one to fix and fully service. Now my camera works like new and I couldn’t be happier. Really thought I was stuffed when my Canon developed a fault. Found Sendean, had a brief chat with them, and they said they could help. I dropped my camera off, and it was taken care of. They also sorted out some minor problems that I was unaware of.
