Be very wary of searching on this site as it results in being inundated with spam emails from 'Alex' despite being asked to stop!

A truly dishonourable company. They say they will double the difference if you find a better offer for your phone - which I did @game. I put my claim in - only to have it denied. Various ridiculous emails from a robot like employee - claiming this / that / and the other loop hole. I would recommend you steer well clear of this company as I will be in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fonehub and spoke with SellMyMobile and they contacted Fonehub and clearly stated that Fonehub were acting unreasonably. Received a revised offer but seller beware of Fonehub.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to help us get payment from Phone Recyclers when we were having a lot of trouble contacting them regarding our payment. Really lovely team, very helpful.

I sold x3 phones through the site to a company that did not pay up. 3 months later I got my money, I feel this may have been because I opened up a court case against them, I will say that sellmymobile made some effort to help.

Did their very best to help me receive money from a company I dealt with through their site.

Also removed the company immediately they realised there were issues with this company not paying people (Phonerecyclers.co.uk)

I had difficulty with one of their old customers and they intervened and sorted the matter on my behalf

I had an issue with one of the companies and told sell my mobile about it. They immediately helped me and took action against the company. I would recommend this website as the people who run it are quick to respond and trustworthy. I thank them for their actions and it was nice to get good honest service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Well done for a good job and I'll be sure to use your services again.

I was having big problems with iGadgetsrecycled, who were making up excuses as to why they couldn't send me the money they owed me after I (foolishly) sold my Samsung phone to them. Claire took ownership of the problem and contacted them, and the next day a cheque was in the post to me.

Very good service, had an issue with the recycler used but Suzanne at sellmymobile got straight on the case and sorted it out for me. Happy with the outcome

I foolishly chose Phone Recyclers who tried to rip me off, but Suzanne at sellmymobile was fantastic and helped me get the full amount for my tablet as well as the court fee reimbursed. These people really do care about their customers (as opposed to Phone Recyclers).

I was unlucky enough to chose Cash4Phones via sellmymobile.com and had endless trouble, however, I eventually contacted Sell my mobile and got a very helpful response from Claire who assured me that she'd get it sorted and true to her word she did! I got my money a few days later and she kept in touch to make sure that was the case. She also referred my complaint to their MD and they have since removed C4P from their site.

Great service, and won't hesitate to use them again!
